Emailed Sunday afternoon and they arrived Monday morning to analyze the issues I wanted corrected. Had the water line going to an old water softener no longer there. Coming out of ground and going about 20 feet to the other end of house and coming back down to the line in. In between were several shut off valves starting to leak not to mention main shut off valve buried . Scott from the company gave an upfront price and several options that may need to be done but all for the price quoted. He and his assistant did a great job and I would definitely be using them in the future.
Scott Miller was on call. It was a Sunday afternoon and our mainline was backing up. Sewage and grey water in the Master tub and shower. We could not run water or use toilets as the water would drain into to master shower and tub. This was about to become a long day! That’s when I made the call. Scott came out within 45 minutes of our call. He was polite, engaging and genuinely interested in getting to the root of our plumbing issue. He had his camera with him and after taking a look he saw live oak roots strangling our main drain pipe literally crushing it!
He was able to clear the debris from the small opening in the main line so we could use the toilets and take a shower once again. We feel very blessed that Scott was available and did such a fine job. Now the city has some work to do!!!

★☆☆☆☆Joe the Plumber glued our drain pipes together so now it’s basically impossible to do anything without cutting. After getting a service from Joe the Plumber a couple months ago they replaced several pieces and decided to just glue it all together. So now that we need to replace the pipe going into the P-Trap since we had a water purification line drilled into it, we can’t easily replace it without cutting.
We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom that caused water to spread into the laundry room, making part of the ceiling and kitchen wet. It didn’t take long for someone to come out and locate the source of the leak.
I’ve always had a great experience with this company and will likely continue turning to them for any plumbing or water-related issues. They were prompt, professional, and quickly identified the problem, which helped prevent further damage. Highly recommended.
Joe the Plumber did a fantastic job. Our sink backed up and they were here very quickly, diagnosed the issue and grease clogged in the main drain. They snaked out the grease and we're on their way all in about an hour. Thank you
Scott was our plumber and he was prompt and professional. Provided me info and walked me through the process of what he was doing as he did it.
Also appreciate the fact I was able to get this all done within a 24 hour period. Called 1030 at night on Saturday, and plumber showed up at 950 am the next morning.
