I've had service on my 2012 Ford Focus done at Larsen Automotive twice in the last few months. The diagnostic was clear and concise with price breakdown. Appointments for the repairs were made quickly and I was kept up to date on the work that was being done. I wasn't pressured to get any extra work done that wasn't needed. Repairs were done and my car was ready sooner than expected. Reasonable prices, courteous and professional staff, quality work. Larsen Automotive will now be my mechanic of choice for future work. We have a slightly older Subaru (2007) which kept having a reoccurring engine issue causing it to stall. We went to our original mechanic 3 different times and they were unable to solve the underlying problem. The team at Larsen listened to us, carefully assessed the car, and found the actual issue with the engine and replaced the faulty sensor. We have officially switched mechanics and will only be going to Larsen from now on. Honest team, quality work, reliable turnaround.

I was referred here by another shop for some work I needed done on my older Toyota 4Runner, and I’m glad I came. This is a great, honest, family-owned shop with fair pricing and excellent customer service. I especially appreciated their automated system, which made it easy to receive updates, communicate with the team, and review a detailed report of the recommended and completed work on my 4Runner. The transparency and convenience gave me a lot of confidence in the process. Highly recommended.

Don and Nick were amazing in helping me out in a quick pinch. I was recommended to see them after my inspection with Baizer and Grimmett to take a look at my AC unit for my Honda Civic. They were able to diagnose the problem where I had shoddy work done from Fix Car Now (do not go there at all) and gave us advice on what we need to do next to fix the issue. As someone who is heavily pregnant and feeling anxious, they made sure to take care of me and made me feel like I was their top priority. I deeply appreciate their service and help and would be coming back in the future/recommending them to our friends! Thanks Larsen for taking care of us!

Not only is this a great auto shop, the people are wonderful. I never feel pressured to get more work than necessary. Their costs are comparable to other spots but the real value is in Don and the team at Larsen's. I really feel taken care of.
