Terrace On The Park

A phenomenal staff and always a good time. I am a teacher and I've done over 20 problems at Terrace and have never had a bad experience. Anil and Nicole are fantastic people and very accommodating. Thank you guys! See you in a few days! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

My experience at Terrace on the Park was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the venue failed to meet the expectations that its reputation and pricing seem to promise. The facility felt outdated, poorly maintained, and lacking the attention to detail that guests deserve. The service was one of the biggest problems. Staff members often appeared disorganized, blacked out like a phantom, and unprepared, which created unnecessary frustration throughout the event. Communication was inconsistent, and simple requests took far longer than they should have. Instead of feeling welcomed, many guests were left feeling ignored. The food was another major letdown. The quality did not match the price, portions were underwhelming, and the overall dining experience felt forgettable. For a venue that markets itself as a premier event destination, the catering failed to leave a positive impression. The atmosphere also failed to justify the cost. While the views can be nice, they are not enough to make up for the numerous shortcomings. Much of the venue felt dated and lacked the elegance that many people expect when booking a special event location. Overall, Terrace on the Park was a frustrating experience that did not deliver the quality, service, or value I expected. There are many other venues that offer a far better experience for the same price. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Terrace on the Park and would give it one star.

Steve was an amazing bartender! Friendly, personable, and attentive throughout the evening. He made the best margaritas I’ve had in a long time, and his positive energy made the experience even better. The ambiance at Terrace on the Park was beautiful, with an elegant atmosphere and stunning views that made the event feel extra special. Between the excellent service, delicious drinks, and wonderful venue, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Highly recommend! 🍹🏙️

Wonderful venue with indoor and outdoor space. Beautiful lighting in the dining areas and an amazing view of all of Queens.

We had such an incredible experience at Terrace on the Park having our wedding there was the beat decision we ever made! Everything was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The attention to detail truly stood out, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A special thank you to Nicole, Ken, Walter, Sheila, and Tatiana. Each of you brought such professionalism, warmth, and helpfulness throughout the entire process. You made everything feel seamless and stress-free, and that means so much. My whole family is raving about ya! The service was exceptional, the space was stunning, and the food was absolutely amazing but that viewwww WOW our guests are still talking about it! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a venue that delivers on every level!

Celebrated with a Brunch event for Mom 80th birthday on August 31. The garden is space in nice , we have access to the outside and it’s private , we also have access to the main ballroom. Overall the ground floor garden is nice and spacious. Nicole and Renee the coordinators are very helpful and done a good job with recommendations and accommodations. We had a variety of pastries and five dishes , they are ok , the sea bass and shrimp scampi is bland , it can use some more fresh herbs / seasoning. Highly recommended the garden . That is the(pro). The (con) the venue added 24% service fee+taxes+ gratuity, which is more than 1/3 of the cost you will pay per person. . Our brunch is $60.00 per person , with all the fee it comes up &95.00 PP. Latter in our event, we extended for an additional hour, great that it was provided, but it came with a very steep price, with no additional food and the drinks ran out in 45 minutes. Not to mention additional steep gratuities $$$. These are some of the things to consider for cost effective event, we all had a good time hopefully my guest had too. My three stars does not reflect the venue but the fees and the steep $$$ gratuity required.

I am at my bestie’s wedding and it’s really beautiful. However the lighting here is ATROCIOUS! WHY WOULD THEY PUT ON THIS GREEN LIGHT?!?! I know it wasn’t the groom and bride’s idea. My friends are classy. It was definitely the organizers of the venue. If you decide to have an event here, make sure they are able to have another lighting that’s flattering to everyone. I am typing this at the wedding right now as it is going on. That’s how strongly I feel about this horrid green Shrek lighting. Every one best find a person to kiss and return to their human form.
