Ocoee Adventure Center

Amazing experience! This was my first time white water rafting and based on feedback from others it was a perfect first experience. I know part of the reason for that was our inscredibke guide, Billy. He was very knowledgeable of the river and best route to take. This river had class 3 and 4 rapids, most of them 3s. As long as you listen to your guide and work as a team you will have an amazing time! They have a photographer on the banks that takes pictures, these are available for purchase at the end of your journey. The pics came out amazing!

I loved everything about my OAC experience and highly recommend rafting with them. Booking online was easy breezy. Checkin on the day of was a piece of cake. I felt safe at all times with our raft guide Justin and we had a blast. There was a break where we could hop out and swim around in a calm side area of the river, perfect for these hot days. Back at the outpost after our adventure we opted to get all of our boats photos and I’m so glad we did, the quality is great and the experience worth remembering. I was so pleased I couldn’t help getting a shirt for myself and a hat for the hubby. I really like the retro vibe of some of their merchandise. Much fun had by all!

First time rafting and these guys made it an absolute blast! They’re mom and pop owned so please make sure to give them the business. They also really pushed for safety while making sure we were having fun all at the same time. Dylan and Kasey (forgive me if we spelled their names wrong) were our guides and they were downright awesome. Til next time guys!

First off, Ocoee Adventures is super organized and on time with their trips. All their associates are very polite and helpful in contributing to the fun outing. Their safety instructions are easy to understand and logical. There’s absolutely no pressure on first timers. TITO was our OAR Raft Captain that took us on the river adventure. He was fun and very knowledgeable of the river’s upcoming ‘rock & roll’ conditions. He was so accommodating and pleasant. I’d go back with him any day. Overall I’d rate OAR a solid 10. What an amazing experience! In a raft full of first timers our guide, Goochy, made us feel so confident and made it extremely fun! We had the best time of our lives! I highly recommend ! Goochy was da BOMB!

I was terrified to do this adventure. I almost backed out twice, but my husband would give me grief for the rest of his life, so I had to get it done. And I ended up having a blast! If you can request any river guide, get yourself Adam! He was amazing. He told us what was coming and what he would tell us to do and he was very conversational about it. He had full control of the raft at all times. After the first two rapids, a lost all fear and got to enjoy the experience. I can't wait to do another rafting day!

KEVIN!!! Went whitewater rafting today with Ocoee Outdoor Adventures, what a great time!! We will certainly be going back and doing this again very soon!! Our guide was Kevin, who was awesome!! We highly recommend this rafting group and do yourselves a favor…ask for Kevin!!

My group and I came in the early morning Sunday and already this place was packed (not in a bad way). Paul was our guide and we honestly LOVED him so much! He cracked jokes left and right with no hesitation and kept the energy flowing. He was so thorough with explanations and gave us compliments that boosted our energy. During the lower grade water flow, he would have conversations with us and made us feel like we were not strangers or tourists. There were plenty of parking spaces that were 15 - 30 feet away that gets you straight to the front of the center so don’t worry if you have to park in the “additional parking” zone, everything is conveniently close. There were detailed signs to navigate you towards different areas of the center, which was a small cozy size so you won’t be lost anyways with lots of tree shade! All employees were so kind and nice with lots of energy to help you sponge up for the rafting session. Time was smoothly ran from the moment you check in, tutorial, bus ride, rafting, and journey back. The rapids that we experienced were ranged from 1-4. Our group had a BLAST!!! And we can’t wait to book our next tour! You guys have to try out this place, most definitely worth our time.
