The National Baseball Hall of Fame was a nice experience and definitely a must-see if you’re visiting Cooperstown, especially for baseball fans. We enjoyed walking through the exhibits, seeing the memorabilia, and learning more about the history of the game. That being said, I was expecting a little more. It was interesting, but it didn’t quite have the wow factor I was hoping for. Overall, I’m glad we visited and it was a fun part of our Cooperstown trip, but I would say it was more of a good experience than an unforgettable one.

My husband has been wanting to visit for years as he loves baseball. I’m happy we finally made it. We didn’t buy tickets online which wasn’t a big deal as others did in same line which also had to wait, under 10 minutes. Perfect. Parking is challenging, paid for 2 hrs then need to repay for additional, must be serious as I saw the traffic police writing many tickets. This place was worth the visit, allow yourselves at least 2 hrs. and w/ your wristband you can re-enter all day til close. Don’t forget to check out the gift shop before leaving.

Amazing, great place to learn about American history, both the great achievements and the unfortunate racial devides that still permeate through American culture and laws nowadays. The place is so full of information that you may honestly need two days to absorb everything. The area that really touched my heart were three bronze statues of Lou Gherig, Roberto Clemente and Jackie Robinson are rightfully honored at the entrance to the Hall of Fame. If you don't know their stories, please learn them before arriving.

A fantastic museum! SO much to see. Be sure to allow yourself 3+ hours at least. They do allow for re-entry until they close on the day you go which is a perk! The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was an eclectic collection of baseball/cultural/informative things. We look forward to going back in the summer when the weather is nicer and we can explore the town more!

Baseball fan or admirer of history, this is an interesting journey from exploring the roots of this American past time to its current state. Lots of artifacts, displays, memorabilia, art and plaques of those enshrined in sacred hall of baseball greats to view. In addition, Cooperstown is a lovely location with lots of other attractions to explore

had the pleasure of attending my friends Jack and Caroline’s wedding welcome party at the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, and it was such a unique and memorable experience. The space itself is fantastic—full of incredible baseball memorabilia that makes you feel immersed in the history of the sport while still providing a welcoming and festive atmosphere for an event. The venue is spacious and well-designed, easily accommodating a large group of guests. There was plenty of room for a band to perform, a full bar to keep everyone refreshed, and areas for mingling without feeling crowded. It struck the perfect balance between being elegant and fun, making it ideal for a celebratory gathering like a wedding welcome party. I loved how the Baseball Hall of Fame brought something truly special and distinct to the celebration. Cooperstown is, of course, famous for baseball, and hosting a party here allowed us to enjoy the town’s unique charm while experiencing a one-of-a-kind venue. Guests could wander among the exhibits, take photos with iconic memorabilia, and really soak in the history of the game. Overall, this venue is a standout choice for anyone looking for a fun, memorable, and unique space to host a party or event in Cooperstown. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking something different and memorable!

This has been on my bucket list and it was a blast. All the staff are amazing. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The theater is very nice and has a great video. They have a station where you can make your own baseball cards and one where you can make your own Hall of Fame plaque. They are so much fun to do. Another one off the bucket list!!

Very nice museum, worth a visit, but don't arrive at the theater even 1 minute late or you wont get in, these people were a little overboard on enforcement at entrance too and there wasn't that many people.
