The staff took my concerns seriously and assisted quickly and compassionately. No stress and no immediate rush to complete paperwork. Bloodwork was efficient—I was only poked once and they kept in an IV for more required bloodwork. Staff frequently checked on me and administered NSAIDs promptly. I would highly recommend a visit when in a medical emergency. Dr. Olutimehin was knowledgeable and kind. Nurse Shannon and Mindy were professional and prompt. Shonna in Radiology was very helpful, and Maria at Registration was extremely supportive and knowledgeable .
Our experience has been great. Angie at the registration desk was very nice speeded up the process and daughter was checked quite fast. Nurse John listened us carefully and he was very attentive. He was very thorough and made our daughter feel comfortable during her whole stay. We definitely recommend this place.
We visited Total point emergency because my son fell off the bike and is complaining of pain in his left wrist. Mike from radiology did a great job. He is very nice and patient with my son. My son's xray result turns out he had a little fracture on his left radius and Dr. A Odutayo was great in explaining the result and did a great job wrapping a cast and bondage on my son's arm until we see an orthopedic doctor. Nurse Patience is also very nice & knowledgable. Darlene in registration is very accomodating and helpful. We give 5 stars for our Er experience. Thank you again.
I went to Total Point a few weeks ago and everything about my experience with their staff was exceptional. I called a few places and they were the only ones to actually answer. I spoke with Thuy and she was warm from the beginning, very helpful and knowledgeable. When I got there I was seen right away. Dr. N. Ta was thorough, kind, and understanding. I felt heard and cared for. Nurse Paul was also very kind and patient. He treated me how I imagine he would treat someone he cared a lot about and he shared a lot of valuable and helpful insight about my situation. Shonna was also very kind and helpful. I'm thankful to have had such a great experience during a stressful and somewhat scary time. Thank you all so much for your kindness and care. It makes a difference. 🙏🏾🤍
The staff here is always great. I never have to wait long in the waiting room, hey are always attentive and pleasant. I have brought my son here for stitches and testing for infections and never had any issues. Recently I was seen my doctor Richardson, nurse Katie and lab tech Erin who were all amazing. Maria who checked me in and as very friendly, informative and helpful.
I absolutely love Total Point. We have had to go here often due to multiple things. However, they have always taken such good care of my family. I am truly thankful for their staff and team of experts for always being quick and efficient as well as always taking the time to truly explain and go over results. Their bed side manner is amazing! Staff was amazing. From the front desk to all the nurses and techs. They made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on. I really appreciated them and the friendliness and smiles. Job well done.

The doctor has been here both times, he is very quick spoken and gets right to the point. Even gave a few vitamin recommendations to help healing go faster. The front desk lady was so nice, as was the lady doing the initial assessment. 10/10 would recommend!
