Shawn the best customer service, this guy helped me quickly and was definitely willing to give assistance on what to get if needed. He created a mix that was good. I think he needs it on the menu with a percentage back to him. Definitely came back.

First time I came the food was great. It wasn’t ready when I arrived but it was worth it because it was hot and fresh. Decided to try it again and once again my order was not ready - not a big deal. But this time the wings were cold and super chewy like they had been sitting out for a while. Super disappointing especially considering the wings were more like popcorn chicken bites. This place is pretty expensive compared to other wing spots around so I’ll probably not be returning.

Online ordering was longer than it said it would be ready. But well worth the wait. Chicken was super moist, the sauces and rubs we tried were very good. We didn't try the real hot, but next time we will and there will be a next time. Service was excellent as well.

The boneless hot honey wings are amazing! As fall arrives, I crave the delicious pumpkin spice sauce. The staff is kind and helpful, and the store is always clean. I highly recommend this location; it’s a must-visit!

Used to order from this place almost every weekend. Since new ownership a few years back, everything is gone downhill. Chicken is nowhere near the quality. Used to have incredible waffle fries, tots, even ribs that were fall off the bone. And their prices used to be fair. An absolute shadow of its former self...

Went late and the food was still fresh and delicious! We got the classic chicken wraps with fries, and it felt like a good decent deal. One of the better late night food options around.

I’ve unfortunately haven’t had decent wings since I left Atlanta 😭 I visited this location on 1/13/26 at 11:54am. I ordered my meal which was a 6 piece honey hot wing and fries. I somehow mistakenly ordered two orders of fries on the kiosk because nobody takes your order! I realized my mistake and asked if I could simply substitute one of the fry orders for a cookie. It was my fault i didn’t check my food before I left. I get home and have no fries and one cookie. I was only able to eat two of the wings because they were way too gummy tasting. I called and spoke to the manager Marissa to explain what happened. So told me she would credit the card I used for my order $10. It’s now 1/24 and I have yet to receive my credit. Total waste of time and money. Still on a mission to find some decent wings in this town 😫

Wings Over catered at my job, in New Albany! and everything was excellent. The buffalo boneless wings were absolutely delicious—perfectly sauced, flavorful, and cooked just right. Even the ranch was good!The cookies were amazing as well, a great sweet finish to the meal. The food was a big hit with everyone, and I’d definitely recommend Wings Over for catering or anytime you’re craving great wings!
