This was the second Olympic training facility we saw while on a cross country road trip in September 2024. We had a very informative tour guide that who took us around the campus showing the various training areas-weight room, swimming pool, gymnastics, shooting, etc. the tour lasted about an hour. If you are in the Colorado Springs area, be sure to visit this site.
This is such an incredible place to tour! Or take field trips, which is what I had the privilege to do. As a bus driver I was able to take students to be read to by our nations second lady!!! Such an honor to be a part of this!
I was disappointed with this museum, however my wife loved it. I was expecting history of the Olympics but it was really athlete centric. If you want stories of US athletes and to see various gear, this museum is for you. Kids will love the interactive displays. If you're interested in history, you might be disappointed as I was.
One of the coolest things you can do in Colorado Springs! You get to tour around the facilities and see athletes training live. The tour costs $16, it lasts about an hour, and you get to go into the facilities of about 5 or 6 sports.
Really enjoyed the tour and our tour guide, McClain, a paralympian herself. This was our second time touring the facility and we found it very interesting and informative again.
Great experience! The tour was really interesting, and our guide was super nice and knowledgeable. It’s amazing to see where so many Olympic athletes that you’d recognize have trained! The tour is kept fairly short, and honestly, I wish it could be a bit longer—it’s that good. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Colorado Springs!
It’s very nice place to visit even if you’re not going to the guided tour. The visitor center has some nice displays and very nice Team USA store
