The atmosphere was good. Food was terrible. The pizza is not up to par. Its better if you purchase your own food. The price for a private room or table is way too much.

I recently visited Jump Around with my son, who was experiencing it for the first time. Overall, the atmosphere is vibrant and fun; he had a fantastic time bouncing around and enjoying the various activities. The membership I purchased seems to be a great investment for us, especially considering how much he enjoyed himself. However, my experience with the kitchen left a lot to be desired. I decided to grab some food while my son played, ordering a slice of pepperoni pizza, chicken tenders with fries, M&M’s candy, hot chips, a Starry drink, and a Starbucks vanilla drink. After placing my order, I tipped and was told it would take about 10 minutes, which I thought was reasonable. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 30 minutes without receiving any updates or a text about my order. It was frustrating to see several staff members in the kitchen, yet they seemed to lack direction and efficiency. The kitchen area felt chaotic, and it became clear that they could benefit from having someone with more experience overseeing operations. One particularly concerning moment was when I saw a staff member making the pizza. He opened the oven to poke at the food, which raised a red flag for me. Why was he poking the food? Is the oven not up to standards that he needed to guess if it was hot enough to cook the food properly? This lack of attention to food safety is alarming. Another issue arose when I inquired about my drinks after waiting for 10 minutes. The staff member who asked about my order seemed disengaged, despite having heard my initial order. This oversight likely contributed to the delay in my food being prepared. On a positive note, the supervisor was understanding and acknowledged my concerns, offering a gift card as a form of resolution. While I appreciated the gesture, I left knowing that I should probably eat before coming back to ensure a more pleasant experience next time. While Jump Around provides a fun environment for kids, the kitchen needs significant improvements in efficiency and food safety practices. I recommend future visitors to consider dining elsewhere before enjoying the attractions.

Party was good despite staff being difficult to work with. The check in was rough. There was a big family ahead of us while only one person was at the party check-in table. The other was off doing something. I had to repeat my phone number 5 times for the lady to look up the waiver. The waiver for one of my kids was missing. On the tablet it said "Looks good" so I thought I was done. I wasnt. Then they said I couldnt bring in the veggie tray I bought for my guests. I knew there was a policy about not bringing-in food sold there, but I didnt see any specific list on the website of what I couldnt bring. I asked them to look the other way. Even though I was spending more than $700 to have my kid's party there, they gave me no flexibility and confiscated it. They brought it back at the end of my party to take home even though I told them to just enjoy it because I wouldnt have a use for it at that point. Meanwhile, my wife saw other people that had boxes of Domino's pizza and other outside food at their tables. As for the snack bar, my sister tried 3 times to get a pretzel. Twice they said they didnt have any ready yet, and the third time they were about to give them to her but then said someone else had ordered them and they had no others to give her. The greed of the place really bothered me. Ultimately, not looking the other way about my veggie tray will cost them more money because of the damage ro their reputation caused by their stinginess and the fact that I won't hold another party there. Mr. Ferrell would teach about customer service, "If they want a pickle, let them have a pickle." This place could learn a thing or two about customer service from Farrell's

Such a fun place to jump around 😒🤭, just careful with the kiddos. The pizza was ok, not too bad. Love the socks.

First time doing a birthday for my son here and the experience was really good. We booked a party for 10 + few additional jumpers. They gave us 2 tables outside and we thought it was better in terms of watching the little children. There are so many things (obstacle course, rock climbing, mini seated-ziplining, giant bounce house, trampoline basketball, dodgeball, games) for the kids and teens to do here compared to other jumping places. It's very spacious and parking is plenty. Definitely recommend this place. Tip: make sure to bring shoes if you want your teen (at least 55") to do obstacle course.

Had a blast today. It's our fourh trip in as many weeks. The weekday unlimited jump pass is really a bargain. My kid loves the trampolines, inflatable obstacle course, the roller coaster, and the high jump area. He's also played basketball and dodge ball a few times. My son loves the SpongeBob coin game and is really great at it. He was able to save up 2700 points AND collect the 9 card collection to turn in for 3000. The computer at the prize counter seemed to be on the fritz. No biggie, Gio went to get his supervisor, Amelia and she got to task getting it back up. All while we were waiting Gio was super engaging and talking to my son about anime, soccer and video games. Once the computer was up Amelia made a pretty big deal that my kid had manged to collect all 9 cards and happily awarded him his 3000. A few prizes later we were on our way and feeling awesome about the experience we just had. Really looking forward to returning. Hopefully, Gio and Amelia will be working so we can say hi and just tell them how great they both are their jobs?

Kids had a lot of fun jumping around. The place is big. Lots of area and trampolines to jump on. Food was pretty good too. Caution for the parents though; don’t get the coffee. Super weak and watery. Dutch bros is 10 minutes down the road. Stop there first, get your coffee and then go back and watch your kids jump.
