Don’t let the tread depth fool you. I tried to save money by buying used tires, but less than a year later I’m replacing all four. I bought a set of four used tires from United Tires about a year ago. They arrived looking almost brand new. The tread depth was excellent, two tires were around 10/32” and the other two were about 8.5/32”. They were clean, looked like new, and I was very happy at first. Unfortunately, after only 6 to 7 months, all four tires started developing dry cracks even though they still had plenty of tread left. Then one of the tires developed a slow air leak. A tire shop found a tiny leak, so now I have to add air every few weeks. Now I’m forced to replace all four tires much sooner than expected. After this experience, I checked many of United Tires’ listings and noticed that the manufacturing dates I could find by zooming in on the photos were often 4 to 5 years old, while many listings don’t clearly show or list the manufacturing date at all. In my opinion, the age of the tire is just as important as the tread depth. I won’t be buying from this seller again.

This would be my first time ever purchasing a tire online. My brother told me about this particular company and, said that they were great. So, I took my chance! I purchased my tire. It was a tire that was only driven once. So it had a lot of treads still on it. I had an issue with delivery from FedEx. No fault of United. The gentleman that I spoke to at the company, was so reassuring that if I didn't get the tire they would refund the money. Thanks so much. I will use this company again in the future! And what a way to save some cash

I got nothing else but Great things to say about United Tires from Communications, Prizing, Shipping!!! Mike answer all my questions and the Continental Tires I ordered were shipped to the shop of my choice directly. It’s been almost 6 months and it’s about time to give this positive review!!! Highly recommended what a great positive experience. First time buyer and will continue to consider United Tires when needing new tires.

We got a nail in the sidewall of one of our tires that only had 20,000 miles on it. We found out that we would have to replace all 4 tires so that it didn't ruin our AWD transmission. We wanted to buy the same tires because we have loved how they handle in snow, but they are no longer available. Long story short, we were able to get a tire through United Tire that was an EXACT match to our tires and was close enough in tread depth that the Jeep dealership said it would work! We are so happy that we found United Tire. We ended up spending $80 instead of $1,600 for all new tires!! The transaction with United Tire was super smooth from start to finish and their website description of the tire was totally accurate! I would definitely recommend them!

If you need a wheel or tire fixed this is YOUR Place to go there's a great bunch of people that work here... Let me tell you a story about a guy that needed to get his bent rim repaired... Boy these Chicago streets are rough on a car. Vicious really... His whole tire got swallowed up by the street and bent his wheel.... Ugh what a ordeal!!! Sounded like a bomb went off!!! If this has happened to you this is the place you need to go to get it better and just like new!!! I was in and out as fast as a NASCAR driver in for a pit stop 🛑🛑!!! These were the cheapest tires I could find anywhere online, the tire that I received looked brand new and was an exact duplicate of the tire I was looking for. Plus it came with a one year guarantee. Very nice. They were half the price of the nearest competitor. Shipping was a little slow via Fed Ex. Tire said it was delivered Monday but didn't actually show up till weds.

Condition of the tires received were just better than advertised. Literally appear to be new and unused. Advertised as 8.5/32, measured 9/32 when arrived. Outstanding value and they made delivery to West Coast in less than 3 days. Remarkable service and selection. Would recommended to anyone. I will never buy retail again.

I recently came in for a tire change. The service itself was fast — the whole job took about an hour. The prices were very reasonable, and the staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with. However, I did have an issue after the service. When I arrived, all of my wheel center caps were installed and in place. After the tire change, one of the center caps was handed back to me separately because it had apparently broken. The explanation I received was that the cap was old, but that doesn’t really address the problem. If it was on the wheel and intact when I arrived, and it was broken during the tire service, then the damage occurred while the wheels were being worked on. Unfortunately, no solution or replacement was offered, and no effort was made to resolve the situation. Overall, the service was quick and affordable, but I was disappointed by how this issue was handled. A simple acknowledgment of responsibility or an offer to help replace the damaged part would have gone a long way.
