​Avoid this company at all costs. We hired them for a minor repair on an outdoor spigot that they had fully replaced just over a year ago. During the repair, the technician, Javier, used a soldering torch too close to the ceiling and set our insulation on fire. If his apprentice hadn't noticed and alerted him that our walls and ceiling were literally ablaze, we could have lost our townhouse. ​Javier had to rip a hole in the ceiling with his bare hands to pull out the burning insulation, using our personal ladder to perform the work and our own outdoor painting buckets to clear out the charred debris. His response to the incident was entirely unapologetic; when confronted about nearly burning our house down, he casually stated that their insurance would have covered it. ​Instead of going through proper company channels, he called in his own external contacts to patch up the ceiling. While I negotiated a discount due to the sheer negligence, the complete lack of safety, accountability, and professionalism is terrifying. Do not trust them with your home.

I reached out to Rescue Plumbing after another plumbing company failed to show up for my appointment. Rescue Plumbing was quickly able to get me on the schedule the next day. The plumber was extremely friendly and professional. What I really appreciated about this company is that they provided timely updates. Specifically, and unlike the other plumbing company, they called the morning of my appointment to verify and confirm the window of availability. That meant a lot considering the other company never even provided me updates. Also, the plumber was very knowledgeable and was quickly able to identify the problem and a solution. When it appeared that there would be a complication in cleaning the drain, he quickly came up with an alternate solution. I was thoroughly impressed and appreciative of this. While it was pricey, I actually think it was worth it. Because unlike the other plumbing company that only wanted to come, inspect, provide an estimate, and come back a different day to do the work, Rescue Plumbing resolved the issue the same day of inspection. No additional notes, would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

What a great and fast job they did! We have a bursted pipe and called them. In less than 1 hour Javier and Jimmy showed up and were able to quickly repair the pipe. They kept us informed of pricing and steps throughout the whole process. Javier was really good at identifying where the burst was and only had to do a small whole in the wall. 10/10!! This team was outstanding. Within 10 minutes of me calling they had three guys in the house working to fix my pipes. Ended up having 6 burst pipes during the Omar vortex that were really complex to fix and Dex and his team were fast and kept me updated the whole time. I have two small children at home and need water to properly care for them and he promised me no matter what he was getting me water by the end of the night. And they did for a good cost. I cannot say enough for how amazing this company is and the men who work for it are. So great fun to have found them

Had to have the water line repaired and up to code. Javier came by and was able to complete the job within two hours. He explained all the items and issues so that I was aware of what he was doing and why he had to do them. Will definitely hire them for future services.

They seemed professional to us and were available on a weekend. It's a fairly large company, so experiences may vary depending on the technician. We ultimately had another plumber inspect the issue and propose a similar solution but was faster, more efficient, and cost only about one-quarter of the quote we received from Rescue. I'd recommend getting quotes from multiple companies before making a decision. That said, their service and attitude were great, it was just a significant difference in pricing. I could understand paying a 20–30% or even 50% premium since they're a large company, but the price difference was much greater than that.

Very happy that I called Rescue Plumbing when a unit in our building had a leaky pipes in the kitchen. I called at night and was able to get someone in the next morning. They arrived on time and were upfront about costs. Javier was very professional and helpful! He taught me how to better maintain the lines going forward and left a sparkling clean work area. They saved me out of a crisis late at night and were patient, answered all my questions and were overall incredibly helpful and professional.
