Park West

This venue is absolutely incredible, the staff ran the event flawlessly. The mixing on the audio was perfect, I could hear every member of the band with extremely clarity. Not to mention the gentleman running the valet was a doll to work with. He had my car ready out front as soon as the show began. Definitely check this spot out if you get the chance it's well worth it.

Went to see the Squirrel Nut Zipper and was not disappointed. Great show and great performers! The seating layout was ok, not impeding the stage visibility. Many bars around to get a drink. It was a bit difficult to grab the waiter since they were not too many of them available. Parking fee at the Park West is horrendous - $40. You can park your car on the street and pay $6. If you go out, they won't let you back in. Something to keep in mind.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Park West during the Chris Mitchell concert. My friend and I purchased front-row seats and were excited to attend. When we arrived, venue staff walked us directly to our assigned seats, only for us to find other people already sitting in them. We showed our tickets, and staff verified that the seats were in fact ours. However, despite confirming we were in the right seats, no one required the other patrons to move. We spent a significant portion of the show trying to resolve the issue and missed part of the performance. Security did not intervene, and the overall response from staff was essentially, "Oh well." After paying over $100 per ticket for specific seats, being told to sit elsewhere was unacceptable. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of accountability afterward. We spoke with management at the venue immediately following the show and were led to believe the matter would be addressed, yet we are still having to fight for a fair resolution. The issue wasn't the artist or the performance—it was the venue's failure to honor assigned seating and properly assist paying customers. If you're purchasing premium seats at Park West, be aware that there appears to be no guarantee you'll actually be able to sit in the seats you paid for. Very disappointing experience.

Nice venue, closer seats are not made for bigger people or people who have longer legs. It's long tables with small chairs pushed right behind each other. Somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that the sound was good and its a nice intimate space.

Great staff!! Loved the venue. Organized, I would go back anytime.

This venue is lovely! I've been here several times and the staff is always wonderful. If you have a chance to go to an event here, do it.

Reserved seating and tables make this a great place to see a show minus packed feel of an open floor general admission event (and without the risk of a tall person blocking your view). You spend more, but the experience can be more enjoyable without the shoulder-to-shoulder competition for floor space and a view.

The venue is very nice. There are tables in the back and the bar is nice. The place feels very clean as well. I also thought I saw a video with the artists saying it was fire. Even when directing people to leave the facility at the end I felt like the staff was very respectful, and not rude, like at every other venue I have ever been to.
