Best car buying experience I have ever had! I've been a Lexus owner for years and multiple cars and decided it was time for a change. Stopped in here, after a not to great experience at another lincoln dealer up north. Mohammed the sales manager was fantastic from the jump, he and Edgar the salesman made the entire process as easy and seamless as possible. They worked to get me the exact car I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Edgar and Mo. Merek at Maguro Lincoln provided one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely acted as my advocate throughout the entire process. What stood out most was that he took the time to really listen and understand what I was looking for, rather than simply trying to sell me a vehicle. He spent several hours researching options, walking through available inventory, and helping me evaluate different cars without any pressure. He went above and beyond by even coming in on his day off to accommodate my schedule, which speaks volumes about his commitment to customer service. I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Merek. He made the process thoughtful, easy, and enjoyable from start to finish. I had an unexpected repair needed when getting my oil changed and Nick and Efrain were really great! They helped to secure a last minute rental vehicle for me so I didn’t have to miss any work. The process was smooth and not stressful. Great customer service and support! Would recommend and I will be back again.

This place is a joke. I took my car in today because the horn is automatically activating while I am driving, it’s a nuisance and needed it resolved quickly. Well they charge $289.95 for diagnostics. Verbally the service advisor (Grant McKay) told me that the technician was able to verify the problem after driving it around. Then he tells me that it is a problem with the fuse and that it would cost $500 for parts and labor. Well you can see from the snippet of the receipt that they were “unable to verify” my concern. I will never take my car back here again. I’ve said before but this was it for me. They brought the car around after telling them I wouldn’t pay them a dime to replace something that costs a fraction of what they were quoting. They left a plastic bag on my front seat along with a paper rug. I appreciate them trying to “protect” the vehicle but the least you can do is return it without the trash inside it. Little do they know is that I am in the market for another Lincoln. But I won’t be buying it from them. I’m taking my car to Nal’s Auto Repair at 1815 W Irving Park Road for anyone looking for a mechanic that will get the job done without overcharging.

I had a very disappointing experience at Lincoln Ford this afternoon. My family and I spent about 10 minutes in the showroom looking at vehicles, and not a single employee approached us to offer assistance. At one point, the alarm on one of the vehicles started going off. The manager looked directly at us from his glass office but chose to continue talking with another employee instead of checking whether we needed help. After waiting several more minutes, I finally walked into the manager’s office myself to ask if someone could provide the key so we could start the vehicle. Surprisingly, the manager was vaping in his office. He then asked if we were being helped—even though his office had clear glass windows and it was obvious that no one had spoken to us the entire time. O The lack of customer service was disappointing enough, but seeing a manager vaping in the office while customers were waiting made the experience feel even more unprofessional. If this is the level of attention and professionalism shown to potential buyers, it doesn’t inspire confidence in the dealership.

Beware of misleading sales tactics at Murgado Ford of Chicago. Ali Bilal repeatedly assured me that my deal for a Lincoln Navigator was approved. I spent days jumping through hoops, gathering paperwork, and securing a down payment based on his word. Right at the finish line, management backed out and rejected the deal. I understand that finance deals can fall through, but leading a customer on for days is completely unacceptable. This dealership lacks basic transparency and wasted my valuable time.

Murgado Lincoln of Chicago exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Angel R. is an excellent service advisor he seemed very knowledgeable and made the process easy. I will definitely be referring family and friends.

This review is only of the service center. My car is currently with them. Pro: updated my family every step of the way. Con: I have 3rd party coverage and before I took my vehicle I asked about acceptance and they said yes. All along the way was the same story. We are waiting to get everything okayed and we can use the warranty parts or order our parts. The last day everything changed. I was quoted an additional $2k out of pocket on top of what my coverage is paying because I HAVE TO use their parts. The option is no longer on the table for using warranty parts. They lied to me since the beginning and now I am scrambling to figure out a rental car, warranty issues and how to get around for the next week. I will be reaching out to the BBB.
