Murgado Ford of Chicago

I’m on my 5th Lincoln. 3 MKZ’s, a Corsair and more recently the Nautilus. I live in the city, but reluctantly was traveling to Glenview for years due to some issues I experienced with Fox Lincoln. When it became Murgado, I decided to give them a try. I’m the first to admit that while I am very friendly, I have extremely high expectations and a keen eye for detail and I know how I “want” to be cared for as repeat customer of a premium brand such as Lincoln. If you have any reservations about going there for service and or a purchase rest assured you will be taken care of! In service specifically both Grant and Nicholas have learned and adapted to my personality, communication and quality of care Expectations. I feel extremely comfortable working with them. They make me feel comfortable about my purchase and all maintenance issues. ***** 5stars!!

I didn't get up in the morning planning on buying a car. I just wanted my gift card from the autoshow that I was promised WHICH I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED? I did a test drive and bought the car. Isabella and the finance manager Assad are good people. They are knowledgeable and caring. On that note please give me the 50 gift card that's still pending

I had an incredible experience working with Danny yesterday. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, and Danny was amazing at doing all the leg work to make it happen without any of the typical 'sales pressure.' He is incredibly polite, personable, and kind, but what stood out most was how knowledgeable he is. Beyond just the sale, he shared some great insight on how to navigate the ownership of my car over the coming years to really get the most out of my purchase. If you’re looking for someone who truly listens and goes the extra mile, go see Danny! Part II "I want to give a huge thank you to Mohammed for his incredible help. Despite the potential for a bigger sale for the company, he focused on offering options that were better tailored to my specific situation. What I loved most is that he truly heard me when I shared what I wanted and needed, and he worked to make the 'impossible,' possible. To feel truly seen and heard in such a fast-paced business is invaluable. If you want a sales manager who leads with integrity and puts the customer first, Mohammed is the best in the business!

I had an overall good experience with Murgado Ford. It was easy to make an appointment with the dealership and although you don’t meet the same person you talk to over the phone they make it easy to sit down and discuss options with a sales rep. Though they had a challenging time finding the cars on their own lot, I still got to test drive a couple of cars in sub-zero weather, which I appreciate! I even got to go upstairs and see the models including the owners personal collection. They do a good job of following up and texting but it’s not connected so you may have multiple people from the dealership reaching out and calling. They did a good job hearing me out and taking note of what I was looking for.

Vanessa was amazing during the entire visit! She explained the issues with my car, identified savings they could apply and shared info about a rebate. I felt so well cared for. THIS is what customer service should feel like. You were awesome! Thank you!

Great place with excellent staff. I went there this past weekend casually laying some eyes on a 2026 Ford Bronco. The manager and sales team gave me a test car for over the weekend. Loved the experience and really appreciated everybody’s time and expertise making this a comfortable decision process.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Murgado Ford of Chicago, and I must say, my experience was fantastic. Jenn was incredibly helpful throughout the process, making sure all my questions were answered and guiding me with great care. The waiting area was quite comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere while I waited. Bonus points for the delicious coffee it really made the time fly by! My headlights are working great! So much brighter, it’s great to be able to see at night. Overall, I highly recommend Murgado Ford of Chicago for their excellent customer service and welcoming environment. Danny, the sales Manager, and the finance manager helped me throughout my entire car buying process was amazing. I went there without no knowledge of how to finance throughout my business, and they walked me through the entire process. Not only did they walk me through the entire process, but they were respectful and understanding of what my needs and wants were of the vehicle. 12/10 will be back!
