Okay, I have to change my reading because I did have a negative experience but it was not the insurance fault. I had a payment, I made got reversed, but I still made the payments to the bank. They just never released it, it was the whole problem, but I wasn't aware that the car insurance didn't get it so it was kind of a big deal. But every every time I call I get the same lady and she is so nice and so understanding. Next time, I'm going to ask her name.Update it but I did write a really negative review, but I was frustrated and I didn't understand at the time.What was going on and I thought I was charged double. But in reality , lincoln and their customer support husband so much more helpful understanding and actually checking and trying to resolve the problem and issue and calling me. It is very nice to call and not have to re explain everything. They do take their customer service very seriously.And I'm happy with my car Insurance It covers everything plus it's half of what I would have been paying with my original car insurance Had I stayed. I'm coming up on year # three I think , and i've never had it issue with them. -thank you

Dalilah was great with helping me renew my insurance policy she was patient with me while being at work and was very informative of the whole process. Been with Lincoln insurance since 2022 and satisfied with their services.
