Salesman Sergio’s was very patient and helpful when it came to me making my decision in which car to take home. He was very knowledgeable in the CRV I was eyeing and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each model. Sales manager Rafael Montelongo helped expedite the process when I finally made my decision. Overall I would go back because the staff is very friendly and even more knowledgeable.

Honda city provides great service. When I called Honda city to make an appointment about this recall, they told me that the part is available. I came here and the lady advisor kept updating me with the finish time. I felt being treated with respect and courtesy. Even though it took 4 hours but they got it done. Thank you for your friendly service. I would highly recommend coming here for service. At least they finish what they promised. Instead, I had a very bad experience before coming to Honda city….. I went to downtown Honda to do a recall; by the end of the day, the service advisor Luis told me the part was not available ask they couldn’t do it. What’s more ridiculous is that he warned me if I want to come back for this recall service, I need to leave my car in the shop for 2 days, so they can order the part and fix it. They also don’t provide a loaner car; they want me to pay $50+ a day to rent a car from them. I am a widow with 2 kids to take care of and I only have one car. What can I do? That’s why I came to Honda city and they provided an excellent service here. Thank you!
