What an incredible experience! Such a gorgeous view to go along with the excellent dinner. I finally got to try the famous Roman fried artichokes à la Giudia (sp?) and they were phenomenal. So crispy, crunchy, and delicious. The focaccia was fresh out of the oven, and the fried Brussels sprouts melted in the mouth. My filet mignon was perfectly cooked, and the Béarnaise sauce was awesome. My husband raved about his Chilean sea bass, and our two other dining companions were equally enthusiastic about their choices. I had the sorbet trio for dessert - tart, tangy, and bursting with flavors of raspberry, lemon, and mango. Not a banana fan myself, but it disappeared as quickly as my sorbets did. Service was fantastic all around - everybody worked together and it was a delight to watch. Plus the rooftop view was a definite plus. Absolutely make a reservation here!

The ribeye was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and high quality. The risotto was rich, creamy, unique, and topped with five large scallops. • The layered cake-and-ice-cream dessert was also outstanding and the perfect way to end the meal. • The patio is a great option as well.It’s first come first serve. Everything we ordered was delicious and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. A couple of small notes: the risotto portion felt a little smaller than expected, and while the ribeye came with roasted garlic and onion, I would have loved to see a few more vegetables on the side. Definitely make a reservation — this place gets very busy.🙌🏼

Stopped in on a Sunday to grab a drink and some apps. The bar area is huge and at least when we arrived, there were plenty of hi-tops available. A great room, lots of openness, of course the view is fantastic as well. Service was at the Gibson's level of excellence but even a step above that. Our server was very attentive, conversational, knowledgeable, and helpful. Food-wise, this steak tartare was the prettiest I have ever seen, both plating as well as the flourish of smoke as it was served. Cocktails were delicious and on brand. Good wines by the glass. Reasonable pricing given the view and setting and quality. Will be back!

One of the best meals I can ever remember! Everything was top quality and the flavors were sublime! We ordered focaccia, arancini, shrimp cocktail, spicy rigatoni, casarecce, filet mignon, Brussels sprouts, French potato purée, tiramisu and the chocolate cake. Each dish was fantastic! The passion star martini was better than the Pinkies up cocktail and the Limoncello spritz. Would definitely come here again for special occasions!

Absolutely stellar service, waitress was stylish, polite, and attentive. Made good recommendations, and was able to answer questions well. All staff were elevated in their service. The food made both me and my aunt just go wow-very good steaks, solid sides, tasty drinks, and gorgeous views to boot. The new York stripe with the bone in was stellar, and I liked their old fashion (among other drinks). Would happily go again, great date spot, or treat to self path.

I highly recommend this restaurant. We went to celebrate a special occasion and Rene was our waiter; his service was impeccable. He helped us with our arrangements and gave us excellent recommendations. He was always attentive to our needs and very friendly with our toddler daughter. The food was delicious, and without a doubt, the best part was the service, which made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend the steaks and the Brussels sprouts. All the desserts were delicious. It was easy to find parking on the street and the view was amazing

Beautiful restaurant, food could’ve been better. Not sure if it was an off night. Decided to spend our wedding anniversary here. The Brussel sprouts were the best thing we got. The octopus was good as well. The steak was over salted and over cooked unfortunately. I asked for medium rare and there was hardly any pink left. On the other hand, The risotto was undercooked. Grains of rice were hard and sticking to my teeth. Was really looking forward to this dinner, but left a bit disappointed.

We celebrated our anniversary dinner here, and the entire experience was nothing short of magnificent. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was elegant, the food was absolutely delicious, and every detail made our evening feel special. The highlight of our visit was our server, Elijah Serrano. Without a doubt, he is the best server I’ve ever had. He was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our celebration memorable. His recommendations were excellent, his timing was perfect, and he made us feel truly welcomed throughout the evening. Thank you to Elijah and the entire team at Gibsons Italia for giving us an unforgettable anniversary. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.
