Staff is diligent and friendly. Munchkin was greeted right away and babied the entire time. Veterinarian was gentle, informative and presented options that best suited the overall health of my dog. They have been going above and beyond since we have been going.

My dog Rollie has a history with this hospital when I adopted him from a rescue shelter 10 months ago. He recently had an injury a couple of days ago and I was able after I adopted .They were able to look at him right away I didn’t care about the cost, the service is more important to me ,it was more important that they took care of him. No matter the cost. My dog Rollie is my family.

Great experience. Everyone there knows your dog as soon as you walk in the door. The people there also care about your pet as if it were their's.

When I woke up i notice my dog was bleeding from her private part. I was so scared because I didn’t know where to take her. I had visited to many vet clinics in 12 years and I haven’t like them. And they just charged me a lot for nothing. I was more frustrated because I didn’t have a place to trust. I started searching and i saw this vet clinic a read the reviews and I went. I didn’t have an appointment but they took me right away, very kind. I could see they really care about my dog. They explained to me very clear what they gonna do and gave me options if the first treatment doesn’t work, they will do something else. I felt so safe and when they gave me the cost I was so impressed because I didn’t feel abused like other clinics. My dog is responding very well with the first option they gave me. I will come back because i feel sexure here. Thanknyou so much

They might treat your pet alright! But they really need to work on how they treat humans. My family deserves more respect than what you gave us today! No! I will not take my wife’s information out of emergency contacts. How is this a solution? What?

My 9 yr old pit bull has been coming here for years and the entire staff has been great with her especially since she has a lot of anxiety going to the vet. Dr. Whitfield and the vet techs have always found a way to work with her(dog friendly spray cheese, whip cream and treats) and provide us with treatment options without feeling pushy about course of treatement. Appreciate the transparency and conveying cost before starting treatment. Opyll gives 5 paws up

My 4yo tabby, Yufi, had a wonderful experience getting her shots. I have never seen her so loving towards vet staff before! Cats are excellent judges of character. We have never felt pressured to do anything we weren’t comfortable with financially and have consistently experienced quality care. I’m so glad we made the switch!

The vet here wrote the wrong prescription for my dog. I went to various pharmacies, spent hours doing this, to be told by them they had no idea what to do with the rx. We delayed treatment for our dog who has pneumonia because we were unable to find a pharmacy capable of filling out the wrong rx. I finally called the vet and said I don't think it's right. Only at THAT point did they realize their mistake. They had the receptionist apologize to me, but not the doctor. When I asked for an apology from the doctor, here's the email I got back: "While we understand it was upsetting to have an error in a written prescription, our hospital immediately apologized and corrected the error. Your request is inappropriate and is emphatically denied. We will send full records to Bramer. We wish you and Violet all the best. This will be the final communication from our hospital." Classless and cowardly. 1 star. Do NOT take animals you care about here. EDIT: In their response they say "the energy I brought was not appropriate to the situation." I said, and I quote: "I would appreciate an apology from the vet who wrote the wrong prescription." The person running this office is totally unhinged.
