Dock's

I just left Docks on 35th, we ordered two fish wishes. Took two bites and then discovered there was a long hair on my sandwich. When we first arrived we told the cashier we wanted our sandwiches hot, and she said we fry them to order fresh. We'll the sandwiches were warm. Hair on mine and no apology at all. The cashier said to me that the hair belonged to the cook for sure. All they said is did we want two more sandwiches and we refused and asked for a refund. This happened at 8pm Wednesday. Customer service is the worst ever and the food is not cook to order for sure.

I had tried their food today (Aug 30, 2025) for the first time, started off small with a kids meal (I didn’t know what I was going to get myself into) and it was actually very good. I’m looking forward to having their food again!

I can not give Docks a bad review in general. However I placed an order through toast online for delivery because it gave that option. I called Docks to see if they received it and they did not. So I had to go to the Dock on 35th. I showed proof that I ordered through my bank account. I could not understand why no one could assist me. I had meds to take and spent the all but 4 dollars and some change. However something went wrong with the Toast softwear that is posted on Docks site as the preferred app to use. It charged me for the delivery plus I added 5.00 more for tip. Toast stated that it is a software company and the Merchant would have to clear the transaction. My money is still processing and have not been charged or released. That was Thursday today is Saturday. I just want my funds or food to complete this. I there was a mistake on a website that I carry as an owner I would have handled it ASAP. I only order a fish combo a bean pie and two okras. A Sister who is a customer explained the particulars. She also bought me a fish sandwich 🥰 it was the BEST fish sandwich ever💯 it came with fries and a lemonade. If I had my fuss I would of bought another one. Yummy🥰. So to the owner call toast and take notes and have the release that incomplete order. We love Docks! Love and Light Amira

Thanks to the cook Willie! I had to ask the cashier for the cook name. The fish and chips were amazing. He fried the fish hard just like I asked.

Everytime I come here they don't have something. Whether it's the kind of eggerolls I want or just friendly customer service. The cashier dropped the packets of condiments on the floor then put it right in my bag on top of my fries. And everything in my bag was cold. I am never coming back. I am ticket # 108 I visited this place June 16, 2026

so damn slowwwwww omg Management needs to hire some employees that can put a little pep in their step. 4 to 5 employees,2 customers with 30+ minute wait time. ridiculous. I will never come back to this location. It’s crazy we gotta go to the white people area to receive food on time and cook well

Catfish fillet perch combo 20$ for 4 pieces the Cat large fried perfect with very unique seasonings delicious perch same flavors breading stayed on the fish(most other places have this problem) but the fish was mushy not fried long enuff imo. Fries 👎🏾& no Cole slaw

I ordered here today and my fish looked like the grease was either to dirty or they dipped that fish in grease warm it meaning they not that fresh. I spent 42 dollars on a fish wick combo in a po boy sandwich the po boy the gave me two small shrimps in a gang of bread wit a bunch of honey mustard n old lettuce. They passed the phone to three people before I could take my order. They need a new manager over there badly.
