Leave your dentist and come to this one. The ladies were nice and professional. The intake form was painless and easy. The X-rays were fast and the dentist himself was a beast! Very precise, honest and best of all gets to works immediately .

Dr. G and Vanessa were amazing. As someone who is terrified of going to the dentist, they made me feel safe and welcomed. So incredibly kind! They explained everything and answered my questions. Dr. G has such a gentle but effective way of doing the deep cleaning. I’ve never had a cleaning like this. PAIN FREE! It never was painful and it was so quick! I felt so happy I was their patient. Highly recommend.

The experience of coming here was amazing! I went to the Albany Park location just for a consult and to ask some questions. Not only all of my questions and concerns were answered but they were also all addressed in one visit, all under one hour. I could not believe how amazing, sweet, attentive and quick they are over here, staff included. I already heard of them being great from a friend but this was such a wonderful surprise. They exceeded all of my expectations! Dr. Alsakini Manar is the doctor I saw. She did everything that I have been wanting to do for the past few years while going to a different dentist where none of these things were taken care of. This is my new dental office and I would encourage anyone to go here! I am super happy!!!

I called to make my son an appointment and was scheduled for today Wednesday, April 1st at 3pm. I received a call this morning letting me know that they were cancelling my son’s appointment because his insurance was inactive. I called his insurance and his insurance has been active since 05/01/2025. There was no other explanation, they didn’t even try to verify his insurance and to top it off I was told they didn’t have a pediatric dentist but I do see pediatric dentistry under “Services.” They did me a favor by cancelling my son’s appointment today for no reason because this tells me that the girls in the front desk don’t know what they’re doing. I will be going with BRIGHT SMILES from now on.

This place is very decent. You can make an appointment very easily and sometimes they will see you on the day that you make the appointment. They have air filters throughout the location which is nice. They practice safe covid precautions in order to keep their patients protected. They have parking here as well. Sometimes the wait time could be a little bit long during your appointment but the time goes by quickly.

Don’t come here if you don’t want to pay hundreds of dollars for a sub park cleaning with filthy rooms, cords near the sink, and a trainee that leaves plastic in your teeth. The dentist is nice but you can tell she’s on her way out and cares more about what’s in her pocket than the care of her office or clients. Photos and videos available upon request. I had to stop the whitening treatment because it hurt so bad but “beauty is pain” was the dentists reply after I started to cry and yell. Front desk deserves more stars, though - in particular the 2 women there on 4.20.2026. 🌻

I been coming here for years. Today l made a same day appointment, and l specifically asked the receptionist if there was space if not, not to book me, because l worked at 3. She still made the appointment. Because there was space. According to her. When I get there, the dental assistant took X-rays of my teeth and left the room without saying anything to me. I waited for about 15 minutes, and walked out because all the rooms were full and nobody was coming to update me on what was going on. Never again! Will be switching dentists! Unprofessional

Great experience here. My appointment started on time. The dentist was kind and informative. I’ll be a returning patient I’ll also bring my children here.
