What a great experience William and the crew were absolutely amazing. From contacting me when they were on their way to how efficient, sharp and concise they were in moving my things. All 3 were very respectful and courteous and made sure my move was seamless. I often don’t live reviews but I needed to for this because I’ve had horrible movers before. These men are the best in the business.
They listen to you, work with you and make sure your belongings are taken cared of.

Fantastic movers! Our crew of Néstor José and Danny were both hardworking and careful as they got us settled into our new apartment. They did a thorough job with all assembly, disassembly, wrapping etc and everything looks great on the other side.
Admin was a little confusing leading up to the day but all questions were eventually answered and the actual move went great.
As a bonus, it feels great supporting a local business.

I can not share enough how much I’d recommend this moving company. It first started on the phone with John, who helped us swiftly get same day movers and ensure that we will be taken care of by him throughout the whole process. William, Jeremy, and Jesus did a great job today moving items on behalf of the after-school program I help run.
The origin location had 5 flights of stairs and they had to carry a Canon copier plus a 7 XL bookshelves from the 3rd and 4th floors with no elevator at the origin. At no time did they complain, and they kept cheery and communicative throughout.
William was an excellent crew chief and had excellent customer service and knowledge of the moving process and paperwork.
I also appreciated that everything from the move booking to the paperwork and payment was handled electronically. I got multiple email confirmations, a text message confirmation the day before, and a phone call an hour before the driver arrived...all good things to help alleviate any anxiety of if the movers are going to show up or not.
Also shoutout to John Cabangis, the manager who helped book my move, and who also helped workout some discounts when he found out we were a nonprofit charity.

I was able to talk to Rick at the beginning for quote. It was a fairly easy conversation. He did not pressure me to sign up that day and gave me a fair price. I did call over 3-4 other companies and the pressure from them was why I chose Collins Family. The software was fairly easy to use. It was to help the team estimate how much work they will have.
On the day of the move, the guys got into traffic but got right to work when they arrived. They were fast and professional. Took good care of the items.
If we are ever in the area again, I would definitely call them first
