My research indicated Claudia's Jewelry Inc. was the best online retailer to purchase from so I took the risk. When my watch showed up missing some important documentation, I got concerned and contact Claudia's customer service. They took immediate action and went above and beyond to correct the issue. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and interactions with Claudia's Jewelry Inc. I never expected to be treated so well and absolutely recommend working with them. I came to get my wedding ring set clean and partial repaired and they did an amazing job!!!! It look brand new. Beautiful. My newest ring was one size to big so I got it sized and now it for like a glove! Reasonably priced and super fast! 5 pieces took less than 4 hours. Also the customer service I received was stellar! The lady who helped me was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! I recommend them for any jewelry service you need or just to buy some of the beautiful jewelry they have! 10 out of 10!!!

I had an excellent experience here. The staff was friendly and kind, and I was able to have my necklace repaired in just 30 minutes. They not only repaired my necklace but also cleaned and shined it, and they even gave me a warranty on my item. I’m truly glad I chose this place for my necklace repair! Thank you ☺️

I always come here to get my jewelry cleaned. Claudia and her staff are so knowledgeable and super friendly. I just bought a chain here and took advantage of a great sale. It’s great to have a jeweler like this near my neighborhood. Definitely recommend you check them out for your jewelry cleaning and purchasing needs!

Trusted them with my engagement ring that bent. Fixed it and within 2 weeks of carrying groceries bent again in a similar way. Paid to fix it again and came back missing 2 diamonds. $240 waste of money. Owner refused to take responsibility or acknowledge it. Lied saying the diamonds were there and I couldn’t see it because of bad lighting. Look at her professional photos. When I reported the diamonds were not there. Refused to service the jewelry again or acknowledge their mishandling now resulting in missing 2 diamonds that the ring did not come in with. Requested a refund and refused. I paid 150$ to fix their damage to my ring with a reputable jeweler. Tried to be amicable with the owner and staff but this experience was the worst ever experienced from any “professional.” Would never go back. Wouldn’t recommend. Horrible experience.

I came in today after many years away to get some repairs and polishing done on 4 pieces of jewelry. They were fast and offered excellent options while I waited. The lay-a-way plan is exceptional, too. I first purchased from them over 10 years ago. The service and jewelry are still top notch
