Chicago Segway Tours

Today, I had a wonderful experience to avail this agency services. The tour guide in the picture (forgot his name) had a great sense of humour and took us around with a good mood for a 2 hour session on the Segway

Will was great! It was just me and my friend on the tour and it was great to get the personal tour vibe. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the tour a wonderful experience. He was patient and he gave great food recommendations at the end of the tour.

This was our 3rd Segway tour. Ryan was our guide. Ryan did a wonderful job with our friends that rode for the first time. Ryan gave excellent recommendations for new comers to Chicago. I really liked my Segway. My wife & I loved how close the shop was to the Navy Pier. Thank you for a great experience.

Wow these guys did a great job. We had a diverse group of 7 people from 13 years old to 71. They made sure all skill levels were properly trained and comfortable. Picture perfect tour by the awesome Jan who gave great historical facts at each stop. We took advantage of the 11.10 am special and thought it was a great value. Training took a bit at beginning but made the actual experience better as there was no need to stop to assist during actual tour. We can't wait to do it again! Thank YOU!

The tour was great! The training was very clear and riding the Segway was super easy. We took a lovely route along the lakeshore and saw some of the beautiful historic sites of Chicago. Our tour guide was also super funny and had a lot of interesting things to tell us!

Great experience. We were all a little concerned about being able to ride the Segway but it was easy and they gave plenty of time for practice before you hit the trails. All prices advertised are only if you are paying cash. Payment by CC may shock you. We all enjoyed and are glad we did it. Would do it again.

What a great group of people! Very patient when teaching people how to ride a Segway! Great explanations on how to ride a Segway! They have the space where you can get comfortable riding a Segway before going out on the tour! Knowledgeable and fun guides! I will do this tour again when other members of my family come to town! Our experience was just ok. The guide did a good job training everyone on the Segway and making them feel comfortable. Paperwork and training took about 1.5 hours because there was 10 of us. The actual tour only lasted about an hour. I expected the guide to make a few stops along the way and talk about the history of certain landmarks and buildings, but that didn’t happen. The guide took us to Buckingham fountain for a few minutes to take pictures, and then we went to the corner where the shedd & field museum meet. We were there for a few minutes for more pictures, and then we rode the segways back to where we started. I don’t think I would do this again. If you are looking to only take a quick ride along the lakefront, you will enjoy this.
