Antique Taco Wicker Park

The food was decent, but it was pricey for just decent. There are no sides, and what they list as sides feel more like appetizers. The cheese curds were pretty good, but the portion was small. The horchata didn’t really have any cinnamon in it. With there being so many other restaurants in the city with better food, I would not come back here.

Rounded up from a 4.9 0.1 deduction for notably dull red coloring pencil. Blue and green could use some love too. Consider yourself on notice. Burrito was annihilated with carrot habanero addition. Friendly service. Nice chill outdoor seating.

Can I give this place 10 stars? Visiting Chicago and this place is so good I had to eat here twice. Super fast service and excellent quality. The chips are perfection. The Carnitas is a standout with the avocado, bacon and spinach on top. The potato taco is a delish and filling veg option. Ordered to-go both times ( excellent branding ) but will have to make a point to dine-in next time around! Such a cute looking spot. PS I love to support women-owned!

I love Antique Tacos, elevated Mexican flavors with quality ingredients. Always a treat when I eat here.

Cute spot and decently priced. Potato taco and the crunchy are the ones to get. The steak felt like a cheaper cut and lacked seasoning.

I made a quick stop here after a long day outside. I didn’t look too much into the restaurant other than it was a taco place, so I said, 'why not?' Once inside, I got a bit discouraged because it looked very Americanized. However, I was delighted by how surprisingly good the tacos were. I would definitely come back here again. My only complaint is that for the carnitas taco, the sauce tasted very canned and overly sweet, which, to me, takes away from the essence of a good Mexican taco. Despite that, I loved the steak taco; it was delicious, and the arugula added a special touch of flavor—very unique. Ended up paying $26 for 4 tacos plus tip. Def on the expensive side but they are very filling. 2 per person should be good enough to satisfy your appetite

Antique Taco Wicker Park not only has great food, but they also care about their community! I reached out about bringing in my teen social group for a local community outing, and they were so flexible and welcoming. They allowed us to practice ordering, paying, and socializing in a public space. The teens had an amazing night in an inclusive setting ❤️
