You know when you find the perfect place to eat but you almost don't want to share this amazing review because then it will get too busy because it is the diamond in the rough but you do it because I want them to stay in businessand be successful? Well that is Paris West Restaurant and Bar It was not what I expected and from the first bite was some of the best food I've had in over a year. The husband and I traveled amd came right when they opened. The host/waiter was the kindest soul and had great recommendations. The front of the menu suggests the goat cheese bites and I, 100% would only go back for those. Time and time again. Partnering those with my power bowl filled with quinoa, pumpkin seeds, feta, craisins, spinach, kale, garbanzo beans and few othe delicacies. I didn't need my grilled chicken topping it. Taking a small bite of melty goat cheese and that bowl I will forever have dreams about. The husband had a brunch favorite- the Cowboy bowl with shredded pork carnitas topped with crispy potatoes, scrambled eggs, cheese, avocado and Mexican crema. Overall worth every penny. Go there and be prepared to dream of goat cheese bites forever.

Their ranch dressing is homemade beyond what youd get out of a packet of hidden valley and mixed up at home. It topped off a nice light bistro salad and french onion soup wonderfully. My only regret coming here is having a big breakfast earlier so not having the appetite to try some of their amazing looking main dishes. Will definitely return next time Im in town!
This restaurant is a must! We got the goat cheeseburger and Thai mango salad, both were incredible. Tiffany was fantastic, she was extremely attentive and very kind.
Visiting from out of town. I felt some trepidation when I saw it was completely empty. However, I was greeted warmly and even joked a little with the server about how empty it was. I will add that it was a Tuesday at 4pm. I ordered the fried goat cheese discs for an appetizer. They were crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The only knock I have is that it could have been hotter in the middle. I ordered the Rancher’s Iron for my entree. I ordered it medium, but it was a little overdone. It was still tender and juicy and a great grilled flavor. It and the veggies were a little salty. The French onion soup was pretty good. I would not hesitate to go back.
The place itself is a bit of a hodgepodge. I don't get the name since the only thing that has to do with Paris are a few Eiffel Tower statues around. Several lights were out and several tables needed bussing. Thought it was going to be a bit more upscale than it was. Service was ok, there weren't a lot of customers but the servers were running around like they were swamped. Our waitress was good natured and kept apologizing. Ordered a drink and it took forever. When it finally arrived, all of the ice had melted. It apparently had been sitting around for awhile. The food however was surprisingly good! Had the Snakebite Pasta and The Outlaw. Both were huge servings and both were delicious! Go for the food but don't except much from the restaurant atmosphere
Who would’ve thought I could get beignets in Cheyenne Wyoming? Not as good as the ones in New Orleans at Café Dumond, but pretty darn good. The cinnamon sugar ones were wonderful! Had the grilled cheese egg Benedict. Very interesting combination. Between two slices of bread was cheese, potatoes, and bacon. Then topped off with poached eggs and a hollandaise sauce that was unique and tasty. Very very good. Had the Calamity Jane Cocktail which was really good too. Would recommend for a nice brunch on a Sunday.
Checked out this restaurant while nearby and liked the overall atmosphere. The menu had good variety, and the meal tasted fresh. One thing I noticed was how quick the service was. Would recommend trying it out.
I watched them warm up pre-made crepes....Crepes are super easy and fast to make, for a place with "paris" in the name, it's pretty ridiculous not to make fresh crepes. The whipped cream on them was Cool-Whip.....Super disappointed. Also, it took sooooo long. We ordered our toddler's crepes as soon as we sat down and it took a good 25 minutes (the place was not busy). He had completely finished his food by the time we got ours (about another 40 minutes). They made my crepes fresh, and left them to cook for a long time😳 The waitress said "they fell apart on him" and I was just thinking "yeah because he cooked them until they were chips"😅 They remade them and this time he left them to cook for 7 minutes (they need about one minute). Husband's food was good, but cold. EDIT: they did comp my meal and I definitely would not have left a bad review if the remake had been good. Mistakes happen and I appreciate the effort to correct the mistake, but as you can see from the pictures, it was the same.
