The salon was clean, welcoming, and I never felt rushed. My toes look amazing, and I left feeling refreshed. I’ve been coming here to get builder gel since I moved to Arizona in September. Last week, Taylor did my nails and I noticed that my natural nails underneath looked shorter and were peeling. It looks like I have tips even though I have never had tips. My natural nails have always been the same long length as the gel on top. I went back to the salon today, and they confirmed that my natural nails on the underside had been incorrectly filed down. They suggested that to fix the problem, I either get tips next time or just have to be stuck with short nails. They offered me a 10 percent discount on my next nail appointment. I have been getting builder gel for 2 years and have never had this issue. I also never leave negative reviews, but I don’t want people looking for a good nail salon to be in the same position as I am.

Taylor does my nails every few weeks and is always willing to attempt different designs and take inspiration for various photos I find on the internet. Taylor is kind and personable, and holds conversation with me very well. Taylor is always very gentle when removing old acrylic and when turning my hands and fingers into the right position with regard to the light. Their prices are reflective of the talent and the result is high quality.

I had hand surgery and was afraid I wouldn't be able to have my nails done in that hand. Taylor did a great job and was so gentle with my hand! I highly recommend Pink Polish and if your hand is in pain, Taylor can take care of you!

The salon has a gorgeous, premium atmosphere that instantly makes you feel pampered. Everything was super clean, and the staff did a phenomenal job on my nails. I really appreciated how efficient they were—stunning results and I was out the door in no time.

I absolutely love this salon! I first started going for pedicures, and Christine is amazing. I then added tap gel nails with Nina, and I am obsessed. Recently, I started getting my lashes done with Lindsay and I could not be happier. Whenever I forget my appointment, Sa is so sweet and kind to look it up for me. The salon is always exceptionally clean and so professional. They definitely have a customer in me as long as they are open.

I have been a loyal customer of Pink Polish for years, consistently choosing them despite their premium pricing. While the service has historically been "basic," my recent experience was a significant departure from the quality I expected. I received a manicure from Andy that was poorly executed, leaving a significant gap between the gel and the cuticle. This gave the appearance of week-old growth immediately after the service. When I called to address this concern, the first complaint I have ever made, I was met with defensiveness rather than a solution. Upon arriving for a fix, I was asked to show the "flaw" to four different employees. It felt less like a quality check and more like a public interrogation. Rather than taking accountability for the lack of cuticle prep, the staff insisted the issue was my anatomy, even going so far as to compare their own cuticles to mine. I ultimately walked out without a resolution. After years of loyalty, it is clear that customer retention is not a priority here. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I paid $85 for a "design" which was just polkadots and they couldn't tell me why. My friend also got polkadots and paid $75, which is what I was expecting for a design and gel tap. There was absolutely no reason for up charging me $10 more dollars. Really disappointed and they didn't even let me know. The manicure was okay, she left my nails oddly shaped. I don't recommend. I tried to speak with someone about it and they told me they could not explain it to me. He just told me that was the price. Awful service go anywhere else.
