Today I had to contact SunWest to inform them of my father's death, and to complete whatever process they needed to insure my mother, who is disabled, can continue to access and make payments the mortgage account. My Representative was Patty, and she was compassionate, kind, patient and extremely helpful and thorough. I've never dealt with SunWest before this, but I can honestly and plainly say that based on this experience which didn't exacerbate the grief that I and my family are coping with, I would not hesitate to Highly Recommend SunWest Mortgage and Patty who is a real life super hero. On behalf of my family, Thank you Patty for your help and compassion. You did a superb job and helped with everything we needed to accomplish. The only caveat I will add, and it does not involve Patty, is there online system is a bit wonky - normally you can easily create an online account without the help of Customer Service, but SunWest does not permit that for some reason. The best thing to do if you find yourself in need of setting up an online account for yourself or a family member is to call them directly (the Servicing Team/Group) and they will guide you thru the process so you can complete the process quickly and easily. Thanks again Patty - you are amazing, and if Patty's managers and company executives are reviewing this, Patty deserves a raise, and the call we were on should be required listening to all newly hired Servicing Representatives - this was a textbook example of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...it was as frictionless as is possible in such instances given the nature of my issue. Patty deserves a raise and a promotion - she should be training all newly hired agents to make sure that they have the personal demeanor and understanding to handle calls like mine so effortlessly and successfully. Thanks to all and especially to Patty!

2/5/2026 I have had my mortgage with SunWest for over 12 years. I'm impressed with how the business is ran. The site is very functional, easy to understand and migrate through. I had a fabulous experience with Ms. Miracle on the telephone today. She put the faith back in me that people in the industry do still care about their customers experiences with their company. She was very knowledgeable, great manners, and detailed.

I want to take the opportunity to thank Juan for assisting me with my loan. He truly went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. He was patient, never rushed me, and made sure I understood everything along the way. I had a wonderful experience working with him, and I especially appreciate his help with the new login system.
