I want to sincerely thank the entire team for helping me get into my Honda Civic. This has been one of the best decisions I've made. For a long time, I was hesitant to buy a car from a dealership because my income isn't very high, and I was worried about taking on a monthly payment. In the past, I bought used cars from private sellers to avoid debt, but unfortunately, those vehicles often developed problems just a few days after I bought them. It felt like there was always another warning light, sensor issue, or unexpected repair waiting for me. When I came to this dealership, everything felt different. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find a vehicle that fit my budget and needs. They took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel pressured. What really surprised me was that they gave me an additional $1,000 discount after negociate. That gesture meant a lot to me because it showed they understood my situation and truly wanted to help. Honestly, that level of kindness and customer service won me over. My new Honda Civic is exactly what I needed. It's reliable, comfortable, and most importantly, it saves so much more gas than my old truck. I've been a regular consistent customer at Cerritos Norm Reeves since I bought my 2011 Ford Escape in 2012, off this very lot. I get all of my car service done here. I had a really good experience yesterday with my service rep. Mike Mosley. He was very knowledgeable and kind and assured me with good service. He also informed me that the In-N- Out truck was available for anyone who was hungry. After talking business, he escorted me to the food truck. I was very pleasantly surprised and thankful that the cost of my lunch was covered by Norm Reeves. My burger was prepared exactly how I requested. That was a very nice touch.
