Rigo and the service team are top notch. They're professional and very knowledgeable about Mitsubishi. Not only do they know the latest cars, they have long history leading the service center which brings me back every time.

We bought a used 2024 outlander back in June of 2025 and we have yet been able to get the car registered in our name. You look up the VIN number and it’s still registered to previous owner along with their lender. We paid license and registration when we bought the car and supposedly the registration expired September 2025 so not only am I driving a car that does not belong to me, It also has expired tags. The first time I was made aware of the situation I called and spoke to Kelly and he told me it was an easy fix and that he would call me back in a few days. He never called me back. I have been calling and talking to people who answer the phone and explain the situation and I’m put on hold and eventually disconnected. Ileave messages for someone to call me back and no one ever does. I was told I need to go into the dealership which is about an hour away from us and they would be able to take care of it, well, we did that and they still did not do anything for us. They just gave us the run around, still didn’t know what to do and just dismissed us. I’ve been to the DMV over and over and I am told that this is the dealerships mistake and they need to fix it. Well, I can’t get anyone to fix it. So, I am just advising anybody who is thinking of buying a car from this dealership to go somewhere else because once they sell you the car and get your money, they are done with you. And when you read this all of you sales people and managers, I’m sure you have my phone number somewhere and I would really appreciate if you give me a call and get this taken care of

Their service is very bad! They told me that they ordered a broken radio which is still under warranty but I have been waiting for 10 months and still don’t have any info from them! I finally got it replaced from Puente Hills within 10 days! I’ve been told that Cerritos dealer is not authorized to place a part order. I emailed and called them to get update but got NO response! Never trust and never service here everyone!

I just bought a ‘22 Outlander Sport SE and I and I am so happy that the guys at Mitsubishi, Chadi and Allen, went out of their way to find me the exact model and color, black, that I wanted. They are super friendly and were receptive at reaching a great deal on the car. I left reassured that I got the car that was perfect for me.

Bought a car last year and i have not received plates and registration until now. Dmv said they have not submitted paper works. Called many times and they kept on placing me on hold for hours. They were great at first. I should have trusted my instict. Management is very bad. Met them and you could tell you cant trust them.

The sales manager Allen was extremely helpful in getting the car I wanted & needed. Very great experience when car was delivered. Very pleased with how everything was handled.
