Purchased a new vehicle at Cassill Motors and wanted to share my experience. Sales person was Josh Cassill. I stopped on the lot to look at a pickup and Josh introduced himself. Polite, down to earth and knowledgeable of the several pickup trucks we looked at. During the purchasing phase I was pleasantly happy with the friendly staff no pressure attitude of the entire process. I am less than a week from purchase and already have great reviews on the service staff. I feel like I have been adopted into a family that cares about me and taking care of my vehicle. A great experience. If you’re looking for a vehicle I highly recommend giving the Cassill team an opportunity to help you.

Had an awesome experience with Josh, Crystal, and Rachel this past week. Josh was super chill and easy to talk to — funny, down to earth, and just a great guy to work with. He even shared some really cool stuff about his experience in the military and provides tips for people interested in joining. Crystal and Rachel were amazing too. Being a first-time buyer, I was definitely a little nervous, but they made everything so easy to understand and walked me through the whole process. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and I couldn’t wait to drive my new car home tonight. Definitely a great team!

Joshy Cassill was an absolute delight to work with. He kept things professional when needed, but was also able to roll with the punches when appropriate — and I definitely threw a lot of punches. He made the process of shopping for the right truck easy and actually enjoyable. He listened patiently while I talked myself into and out of several vehicles, sometimes within just a few minutes. Not once did he try to push me toward something I wasn’t interested in. In fact, he almost refused to show me trucks he already knew I wouldn’t like because of high miles, lack of leather interior, missing features, or other things that mattered to me. Overall, aside from the time I sold a car to myself, this was by far the best vehicle shopping experience I’ve ever had. Josh made the whole process simple, honest, and stress-free. I’d absolutely recommend working with him.

I went by yesterday and to be honest I was a little hesitant. Mallarie went above and beyond for me. She was so reassuring and patient with me. She answered all questions I had and didn’t make me feel like I was asking too much. Mallarie is amazing at her job most important she was amazing with me! I purchased a Hyundai Tuson on Monday with Dane and worked with Crystal, the finance manager. The experience was very smooth and quick! Cassill's pricing on my vehicle was great. Crystal explained the Gap insurance options with such patience! I would definitely buy from them again!
