Used to come here all the time. Came today and they charged $30 extra to clean headlights. When they were unable to do so they refused to refund me, offering a free wash instead. Won't be returning

Honestly I feel so great after going there. they totally took thier time with my car and it looked amazing when they were done. i didnt even know it could be that clean inside the guy got every little spot. The whole process was really chill I just sat in the waiting area and watched them work. Its definately a place I would go back to again soon. Really impressed with the service even though I rolled in late on a Saturday. My car still smells fresh two days later which is rare for me.

Magnolia Island Hand Car Wash is a solid spot, staff are super nice, friendly, and the place is clean and well-organized. I went with the #4 package, and while the overall job was good, it did take nearly an hour, which felt a bit long. When I got my car back, they missed a couple small spots, but honestly, nothing major. The service and attitude of the team make up for it. I’ll definitely be back, just wish it was a bit quicker and slightly more detailed. Still a great local car wash option!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! They did an amazing job on my Porsche—it came out looking absolutely spotless, inside and out. The staff was professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. I also loved that they have greeting cards for sale while you wait, which is such a thoughtful and convenient touch. Highly recommend!

I went to this car wash while waiting for someone to finish a meeting and decided to get a wax wash. They polished the front of my car and ended up messing up the paint (as you can see in the picture). The sides of my car were also left with oily spots, which I’m assuming is leftover wax. I was told the wash would take 30–40 minutes, but it took over an hour. I called afterward to speak with a manager, and the woman who answered told me I had to come in person. I live far away, and I’m not going to drive all the way back for nothing. I’m very disappointed, especially considering they’ve received plenty of awards in previous years.

This place is horrendus. I just took my chevy camaro into Magnolia Island Car Wash today and the workers did a lousy job washing my car. They left multiple significant dirt and blemish spots on my car, the very same dirt and blemish spots that I initially pointed out to the supervisor henry upon arrival which he assured me could be removed. I paid for my service and then went to inspect my vehicle and I began to scrape off much of the dirt and stains with my fingernails in front of one of the workers and I had him go over the same spots with his rag and spray and the stains actually came out. I notified the front desk attendant and she told me to wait by my vehicle for the supervisor, once the supervisor came over he began to give me bs reasons at to why the stains were still there telling me that they only have 10-15 minutes to wash each car as they come through the assembly line. The limit in which they service a car does not excuse them from being able to provide adequate service and a complete wash job. They did not offer anything in favor of the lack luster job they did, no voucher for a free wash or a refund of my money. I highly recommend NOT utilizing their services. I will be asking them for a refund and if they refuse I will be disputing this matter with my credit card company. I think customers would be much better finding a much more professional car wash or even a self service car wash!

I recently got the Clay Magic Package done at Magnolia Island Hand Carwash and I’m seriously impressed with the results. They only charged me $119.99, while every mobile detailer I’ve called for the same type of service wanted $250+ easily. Honestly, Magnolia Island did an even better job than most of the mobile guys I’ve used in the past. The paint felt super smooth, the shine came out amazing, and the whole car looked refreshed when they finished. You can tell they take their time and actually care about quality. For the price, I genuinely don’t think there’s a better value out there. Highly recommend!
