I had such a wonderful experience at Flawless Skin Center Medspa for a facial balancing treatment on my chin, cheeks, and lips. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by such welcoming and professional front staff who immediately made me feel comfortable and taken care of. A huge thank you to Liana, for creating such a warm and beautiful environment, and to Zhanna for being so attentive, knowledgeable, and talented throughout the entire treatment process. What I appreciated most was how thoroughly she assessed my facial structure and gave honest feedback about what was actually needed rather than trying to overdo anything. I really valued her honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. She also has such a light hand when injecting, which made the experience so much more comfortable and reassuring. I truly felt listened to every step of the way, and my results came out even better than I imagined. I also want to give special recognition to Nurse Syuzanna, She is absolutely amazing, incredibly skilled, gentle, and always makes me feel confident and comfortable during every appointment. I had another laser session with Ayda and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. This is something that’s very out of my comfort zone, but she always makes me feel so comfortable, respected, and at ease. She’s professional, gentle, and incredibly kind, which makes such a big difference. Even though hair removal is something I feel I need to do (and wish I didn’t have to), Ayda makes the experience as positive as it can possibly be. I’m so grateful for her care and attention—she does an amazing job every time.

I’ve been coming to this place for years, and I’ve even recommended it to many friends. I love the nurses and the quality of care. The receptionists are always nice, and I appreciate that they call a day before to remind you of your appointment. Oh and you can have free coffee and water. I 💯 recommend this place.

I’ve been seeing Ayda for almost a year at Flawless Center. I am soo happy with my services. She’s so nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend! Facilities are clean, tons of drinks if you’re parched, and even chocolates on the counter. :)

Love coming here. Staff is great. My nurse Sandra V. is super professional, sweet, and thorough and the laser treatments actually work. I end up having to reschedule my appointment to push it back because my hair doesn’t grow back fast. I’ve been to a bunch of laser places and this in the best one by far!
