Vesuvio Restaurant & Pizzeria

Mother's day dinner was fantastic. Very greatful for our waitress Alyssa, excellent service, she accommodated any substitutions we needed and even improvised a mocktail for my aunt. I got chicken parm with vodka sauce and it was amazing, super tender chicken cutlets and the sauce was divine. The whole family left full and happy.

This place is always busy, the food is delicious, the service is on point and family friendly. I'll be honest, when I first saw the name of the restaurant I was drawn in to try it because the name reminded me of the Vesuvio's restaurant in the Sopranos show. There wasn't an Artie Bucco greeting me at the table but the place did not disappoint so I highly recommend dining here at Vesuvio's.

Food was solid, wish the service was better but definitely worth coming back.

During our visit to New York, this Pizza place was only 2 blocks from my home growing up. I have been in there so many times I can't even remember the feeling is incredible. The food is unsurpassable. The atmosphere is pretty much the same except upgrading inside the restaurant. I would recommend every and any dish here, especially the Pizza. Whether it's sicilian or regular round is fantastic

Just happened to be in the neighborhood and we decided to stop by for an late lunch/early dinner. The staff is definitely very attentive. Our meals were delicious, was very happy with my choice, and their Chocolate Martinis are delicious !!

Everyone was very nice, and able to accommodate requests. Service was fast. Calamari was cooked to perfection crispy and not rubbery, the pepper and cherry tomato sauce was delicious as well. Good portion sizes for the price. Chicken parm was good and was the bread.

Each time I’ve visited, the experience was remarkable. All of the food is flavorful, seasoned well and cooked to perfection. The service is great and it feels like the establishment takes pride in what they produce. It gets crowded, but it’s never been overwhelming or overly noisy. Took advantage of the power lunch special and it was a perfect sized portion. It’s really nice that they even offer this on Saturday, which most restaurants do not. Can’t wait to go back.

I always love the food here. Pizza, pasta, or a classic chicken parm on a hero always hits. My family always comes here to eat. Even ordering catered food from here is great. Always a reliable place to get food for catering if you have a party. The restaurant has a formal dining and a front section where you can sit and just grab a slice. It’s almost has the atmosphere of a formal restaurant and also a classic neighborhood pizzeria. The servers are always nice and helpful. Always checking up on you during dinner. It feels very family friendly.
