I will say that I had very low expectations going to this appointment. I knew the car I wanted and I had already called so many other places that did not have the car I wanted available. I was so pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and luxury treatment. I was literally treated like royalty at Toyota bay ridge. Not only did they have the exact car I wanted but they also gave my discounts and various packages and warranties that just made the purchase more than I could ever imagined. I have 1 year of free car wash, 3 years of free oil change/service, and a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. They even gave me coffee, pizza, and popcorn while I waited. They made sure I could leave the same day with the car. Truly an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend. This is the best place to buy a new car. They really try to work with you and get you the best deal
My wife and I started shopping for a car in mid April. We visited several Toyota dealerships but ultimately returned to Toyota of Bay Ridge, specifically Pawell. Pawell made this process extremely easy and smooth. We gave him our preferences and he remained in contact with us, with constant updates. We originally thought we would get a used RAV4, but my wife and Pawell then decided on a new Corolla Cross Hybrid. From first visit and deposit to driving the car off the lot was a total of three months. Pawell reserved our car. He made sure we were the owners despite 12 other offers of interest. He made sure that we would get our car, no matter how high in demand it was. His positive, friendly attitude assured us that we made the right call. This is my first car and I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2026 RAV4. My sales representative, Jarvis, went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free.
