I was 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility, and the professionalism of the staff. Nikki the hygienist was incredibly gentle, patient but thorough while performing my teeth cleaning. Dr.Persaud also took the time to explain everything clearly.

My name is Carol Pierce Hamilton and my husband James Hamilton had his tooth extracted on 7/7. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the staff and the dentist and his associates. They might it a seemless painless process. If I could give them a million ⭐️ stars, I would. Thank you for restoring my faith in dentistry. I never thought I would be getting involve in a scheme for money. The dentist told me it would cost $3000.00. Which he would bill my insurance and the remaining balance I would pay which was $1200.00The dentures were done in no time at all 2 weeks. I told him that they were going to break in the middle. It was thin and see through the two front teeth were not attached like the rest of the teeth. Well it happened they broke. Took them back for repair. He said I don't have to pay. I called my insurance they said he billed them once for exam and panoramic xrays. Which was suppose to be free consultation. He did like the fact that the declined the Xrays and paid part of the exam which I was going to pay. He didn't contact me in anyway for 6 months. Then when the broke he said I won't get my dentures until I pay $2500.00 that remains on the bill. I have never felt so stupid and taken advantage of in my life. Honesty and respect is a rare commodity these days. I have no dentures now.

My family and I have been going to St Marks Dental for a few years now . Our experience has been good with the dentist and hygienist. Unfortunately there prices has gone up quite a bit and the lack of information and constant mix up about payments, to there patients like me who pay out of pocket for my visits , is something they need to work on. The wait time is another thing that is way to long . You are never going to be seen for you appointment time .

I didn’t even realize I had a bad infection until after the procedure, which was performed by Dr. Yevgeny Pisarevsky. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist team: Jule, Ashley, and Abby. They always greeted me with a smile, showed me respect, and kept me informed about my care plan and costs. They never forgot my appointments and always called to remind me. They were also willing to accommodate me if necessary. Every time I entered St. Marks Painless Dental, I was struck by the consistent energy and positive atmosphere. I didn’t feel like just another “patient” or “you’re here again.” Instead, I felt like a valued customer who was welcome and looked forward to my next visit. Now, let’s talk about Dr. Yevgeny Pisarevsky. His care was exceptional. I usually prefer a female dentist to help me feel more comfortable, but I was pleasantly surprised by his gentleness and professionalism. He made sure I was fully informed about every step he was taking and ensured that the procedure was as painless as possible. Yes, I did experience some pain, but it was due to the infection I had before the procedure. After that, I never felt pain again. The behavior of Dr. Pisarevsky’s dental assistants, Iyana and Sandra, also speaks volumes. They were an extension of the doctor and treated me with the same level of care and attention. Overall, my experience at St. Marks Painless Dental was nothing short of exceptional. I didn’t feel judged, pressured, or rushed. The staff was patient, mindful of my needs, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I can’t thank them all enough for taking such good care of my teeth. I stumbled upon St. Marks Painless Dentist by chance and was in a state of shock. Initially, I was deterred by the idea of paying out of pocket, but to my surprise, the cost was incredibly affordable. I was overjoyed and promptly scheduled all my appointments and made the payment. From the very first day, I was treated with exceptional care. Every visit, up until my last appointment, was filled with the utmost professionalism and respect. I can’t express how grateful I am for the attention and kindness I received. In today’s world, it’s challenging to find good doctors, let alone individuals who genuinely care for their patients. However, every person I’ve encountered at St. Marks Painless Dental exemplifies the ideal of treating others with compassion and empathy. I was ashamed to smile for years, especially since the onset of COVID. I barely smiled and avoided social interactions, even in pleasant settings. But with each appointment, I felt closer to regaining my smile and embracing happiness without shame. Today marked my final appointment, and I eagerly anticipate future visits. The experience was truly worth every penny. If I could recommend St. Marks Painless Dental to millions of people, I would without hesitation. Each visit leaves you feeling good, but the afterglow is even more rewarding. You leave smiling ear to ear, and no one can stop you from doing so. You’ll realize how beautiful you’ve always been and know that every moment spent there was worth it. I wouldn’t change a thing about St. Marks Painless Dental, but I would encourage them to share their exceptional care with other professionals. Too expensive but made me comfy. They need to be able to accept all insurances because it’s not fair to those who have insurance, but not the ones they follow or have all insurances should be able to be taken especially for emergency dental extractions peoples lives could be put at risk or mouth, even if it’s just an accident like mine.. But they were nice and respectful and made me comfortable. It’s just the whole pricing is really ridiculous to be honest.

I visited for a consultation for invisalign. Had a very nice experience, the doctor was very professional, told me about several options I can go for. Also wanna say thank you to the nurse or assistant who worked with me, she is super positive and kind and made me feel comfortable. Thank you. Would totally recommend this place!

First time here, I had a great visit. The staff was very professional. I got one of the best cleanings I’ve ever received. They were also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and clearly explained what needed to be done next.
