I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shnayder and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I was very nervous before my tooth extraction, but Dr. Shnayder explained everything clearly and made the procedure much easier than I expected. The extraction itself was smooth, and to my surprise, I had almost no pain afterward. It honestly felt like magic. The staff was also amazing. The nurse took great care of me throughout the procedure, and the office even reached out the next day to check on how I was recovering. That level of care and follow-up really shows how much they value their patients. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Shnayder and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist. If you’re anxious about going to the dentist, this is definitely the place to go. They made the entire experience much less stressful than I ever imagined.

I had a good experience with the doctor. The procedure itself was quick and went smoothly. However, the lack of cost transparency was disappointing. I was aware that my extraction was covered by insurance and that I would need to pay $800-900 for the bone graft. But on the day of the procedure, I was asked to pay an additional $400–$500 for something else (I believe it was for a CBCT scan), which was never clearly communicated in advance. But later on, I also realized that Fidelis could cover the scan. If I had known ahead of time, I could have brought a recent CBCT scan that I already had. Instead, I was informed only on the day of the procedure, which felt unexpected and stressful. Additionally, when I requested a copy of the CBCT, I was only told after receiving the disc that there would be an extra $10 charge. This could have been mentioned earlier, or I could have brought my own storage device. In total, I paid around $1,400-1500 out of pocket that day, and the unexpected additional charges were frustrating. At one point, I even had to wait at the clinic until someone could send me a small additional amount via Zelle. During my follow-up visit, no X-ray was taken. From my understanding, it is a standard step after an extraction and bone graft to monitor healing. Especially since I mentioned that my sutures came off on the second day and the site was still open after two weeks (which may be normal), it would have been reassuring to take a simple PA X-ray of the area to confirm that everything was healing properly. Lastly, my experience with the front desk staff was not very comfortable. While they were not rude, their attitude often felt impatient when I asked normal questions. Not every patient understands the details of procedures, and clearer, more patient communication would make a big difference, especially when it comes to money transparency and paying that much right away.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted last month by Dr. Shnayder, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or smoother recovery. Dr. Shnayder was fantastic, and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for every step of the way. Michelle was especially helpful. Dr. Garry Shnayder removed all 5 of my daughter’s wisdom teeth in his Paramus office. We went for a consultation and he explained everything in depth and we felt confident in Dr. Shnayder. He is knowledgeable, an expert in his field with an excellent bedside manner. I took my daughter for the removal and it went as planned. Recovery was way better than we thought! His staff called multiple times to check on her. Highly recommend Dr. Shnayder and his caring staff!

Amazing, high quality care! I would give more stars if I could!! Dr Gary Shnayder has such gifted and gentle hands 🥹. I am 1 week post op from my wisdom teeth surgery. I had SIX since my body produced an extra set. I had 4 extractions and 2 coronectomies all at once and it went so much better than I could have ever imagined. Michelle the coordinator was an angel and so helpful throughout the entire process. The entire team is outstanding from the front desk to the nurses in the back!! My recovery was smooth and quick. Once again an excellent experience!!! Dr. Garry Shnayder has successfully completed my second extensive surgery, this time 8 implants, a bone graft, and a sinus lift. The entire staff is kind and attentive, from the front desk, to the assistants and finance dept! The facilities are immaculate. I highly recommend. I can’t thank them enough.
