Park Slope Dentistry

I had a very disappointing experience at this dentist’s office. The mouth guard process was poorly handled from start to finish. The impression was taken with excessive force, leaving abrasions in my mouth. When the guard was ready, it fit badly and required multiple adjustments. Unlike other dentists, they had no proper method (like articulating paper) to identify tight spots, expecting me to guess instead. Even worse, the dentist thinned the guard so much during adjustments that it became unusable—something I was never warned about. When I raised concerns, they refused a refund and offered to remake it instead. I paid $400 for a damaged, ill-fitting product and unprofessional service. Avoid this place and go elsewhere.

Excellent experience. The ladies behind the desk were both super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There was a tricky insurance question and they navigated me right through it. Dr D’Arco was easy going and friendly, and did an excellent job- quick, but thorough. Super happy with the result. Will definitely be going back.

The customer service at the front desk is where it all started. The receptionist. If I were to write a movie, I'd name it The Receptionist. And the woman that greeted me behind the desk would be the star of the movie. She was so friendly and kind to me. And then she introduced me to Michelle who cleaned my teeth. She was so nice to me also. She said it's time for you to have x-rays. Would you mind if I take x-ray? And after the x-rays. She said ok it's now time to clean your teeth. Please make yourself comfortable while I recline the chair. Are you comfortable? I answered yes. Now while cleaning my she would always ask, are you OK? doesn’t this hurt? Reassuring my comfort. It took about 20 to 30 minutes. But I was fine. Afterwards Dr, Darco came it and checked my teeth. And he was GREAT! He answered all my questions. Bottom line I left with clean teeth. And a group of people that made me feel warm, welcome and wanted. You get 10 STARS. Thanks again. Blessings.

Staff was wonderful and did a great job. Everyone took the time to explain things to me so I knew what was going on. Dentist did a great job with my fillings. Best part is that across my 2 visits I never waited for anything and I never felt rushed along. Everyone keeps things moving so I wasn’t stuck waiting in a chair for the dentist, or in the lobby waiting on my turn. I’d certainly recommend this place.

I and my family have been going to Park Slope Dentistry for several years and we’ve always been very happy with their first class service. Appointments are always started on time, the front desk team are warm, cordial and always helpful in answering any questions, the dentists and hygienists are skilled and attentive. A consistently very professional and well run practice. Highly recommended!

Easy to schedule, they work with our insurance without even having to ask them. Everyone was very knowledgeable and kind. Nicole’s attention to detail on my cleaning did not go unnoticed, I felt like I had a brand new smile after. The Dr went through my X-rays and explained why certain work had to be done and was also very reassuring. It was a great experience.

This was the best dental experience I’ve had in my life. I genuinely felt listened to, cared for and considered the entire time I was in this office. It is very clean, the staff is impeccable and they were all very transparent. I asked for pricing of things as we went along and they walked me through everything at the end. The dental hygienist who did my teeth cleaning walked me through options for an issue I’ve been having with teeth grinding, and she did amazing on the cleaning itself. I just found my new dental office!

I had a great experience at Park Slope Dentistry! I was looking for a new dentist, and was nervous because I hadn't been to the dentist in a while. The staff was friendly, the hygienist was gentle but thorough, and the dentist was also gentle and patient. I highly recommend this practice, as they were equally wonderful with my kids.
