This restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are incredibly friendly. My partner and I came here because we were staying in the neighborhood, and it turned out to be one of the best restaurants we’ve ever visited. We’re from Miami, and this place truly surprised us. Both times we came, we were treated with so much kindness, positive energy, and excellent service. The manager was also amazing and made us feel very welcome. The lasagna was absolutely delicious one of the best we’ve had. I genuinely hope this restaurant continues to do well because it truly deserves it.If you’re visiting New York, especially Brooklyn, this place is definitely worth a visit. 100% recommended!

Visitor notes
I go to Park Slope often as my favorite pizzeria and Italian restaurant are there, but I’ve never been to Da Nonna Rosa. I’ve ordered pizza about 5 times now in the past year and a half and it deserves a good review. The pizza has never let me down. It’s a nice thin, tender crust. I usually like crispy but this works; maybe because of the delivery time it loses the crisp not sure. The sauce is tangy and very flavorful. You don’t feel bad after eating a few slices lol. They are light and delicious. The prices are also reasonable.
We moved my daughter’s 20th birthday to Da Nonna Rosa at the last minute due to rain. We have eight different pizzas and they were all great. I especially liked the white pizza. They were also showed outstanding service - moving tables around mid party to accommodate the kids playing cards against humanity (family addition). They proactively brought up small pizza boxes so guests could take home leftovers. They asked all the right questions to make sure we were happy, very responsive and all around so lovely. I would highly recommend their party space
Great fire oven pizza and delicious fresh salad !!! Super fast service and very Italian style Few blocks from Lincoln Center
I love pizza. I've had a ton of pizza all over NYC. When I'm looking for delivery where I live, Da Nonna Rosa is the best tasting pizza in Park Slope. What distinguishes them from everyone else is the often overlooked crust. Their crust is delicious on its own. I don't know what their recipe entails but it's flavorful and buttery. I hope they never change it. So many pizza joints in the area have bland and awful crusts.
This is the perfect go-to for anyone that appreciates great italian food, a nice atmosphere, and wonderful customer service. Our server Mickey was great as well. Totally didn't expect it, but she brought a birthday dessert for me which made it extra special. Definitely would recommend. A++
One of my closest friends said that this is the best Italian food and I wish the food was amazing, but it wasn't. He agreed with me, the food was off this particular night. I'm definitely going to come back and try it again and hopefully change this rating. Or maybe the place just went downhill? The margarita pizza was good, but not excellent. Crust was nice and crunchy, but there definitely was not enough sauce. It was almost like they ran out of sauce and they were trying to spread it around - Very dry. I also ordered the chicken and sausage stew but the wine was very overpowering and ruined the dish. I took it home, figuring maybe I could eat it later but I just couldn't. The server did not describe the dish correctly and that added to the disappointment. The server was pleasant, but the support staff was lacking. I heard great things about the breadsticks, but they didn't come until I asked for it. They were indeed excellent. Overall, even though my experience was pretty bad, I am very curious if it will be better next time. I have a feeling the pizza is much better than this visit. I'll probably come back and update this.
Wow, wow, and wow. We are visiting from Florida and this has been the best pizza we have ever had. Order the Nonna’s and wait for melt-in-your-mouth yumminess. Crispy and soft thin with their secret blend of basil and garlic, and amazing homemade authentic Italian sauce. Anthony is the best. Just unreal!
