One of the best Vet Offices in Brooklyn. All out cats love it there. Cleo our shy girl felt comfy with the vets and techs. The doctors are thorough and truly care about our animals. Hazel just got fixed. They were amazing with her. she is doing well and have calmed down. Our Charlie becomes the Goodest boy in their office. Animal kind has been with us through good and bad times with our cats and took care of our Sunny until he passed a few months ago. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you for taking good care of our babies.

I’ve been a loyal client of Animal Kind Veterinary Hospital since 2021, starting with Dr. Nandini when she was on staff. I’ll never forget how compassionately she handled my anxious 5-year-old Rottweiler, Cooper, during our very first visit. In a moment when I was emotional, she told me and said in the most supportive way, ‘Alex, it’s okay, we don’t give up on dogs here.’ That reassurance meant everything and instantly showed me I’d found a truly caring, welcoming team dedicated to providing exceptional, five-star care for even the most nervous pets. Now, with Cooper at 10 years old, Dr. Emma Williford has taken over as his primary veterinarian, and I have tremendous respect for her skills and dedication. During a recent visit to rule out cancer, the team performed X-rays and other diagnostics with incredible gentleness and expertise. Cooper was pre-medicated with Gabapentin, Acepromazine, and Melatonin, then sedated, and they handled him from head to paws with the utmost care and attention. The entire process left me so relieved and grateful. If this isn’t a five-star veterinary hospital, I don’t know what is. A huge thank you to Dr. Emma Williford, the skilled technicians, and the whole Animal Kind team for always holding it down for Cooper (and me). I truly appreciate you all!

Hands down the best vet team ever. We brought our cat in for a tooth extraction, and they treated him like family—kind, honest, and professional from start to finish. They kept us updated through the whole surgery, were completely transparent about pricing, and made sure we knew exactly how to care for him after. Dr. Easterling is incredible—skilled, patient, and genuinely caring. You can feel how much he loves what he does. We’re beyond grateful for him and the entire staff. True professionals with real heart.

We absolutely love this place. We were impressed by the cleanliness and spacious waiting area and of course the friendly staff. Dr. Easterling, who examined our new 8 week old puppy Cody, was thorough and patient with us as she answered all our questions. We definitely picked the right place!

Once upon a time I liked this place but most recently my experiences have been nothing but awful. I will cut to the chase and tell you that most recently my elderly cat who had known renal issues was treated for diarrhea, an abdominal ultrasound was recommended. I didn't have that done for a little bit, maybe 2 months and then when it was done it showed bilateral renal lymphoma as the most likely diagnosis. Of course the actual dx couldn't be done without a biopsy. I was referred by animal kind to internal medicine specialists and oncologists and then also given lots of medication to give to my cat while I decided what to do. My cat died in my arms 3 days after the ultrasound and 24 hours after the 2nd fluid admin. I spent nearly $700 on the ultrasound, a couple hundred more on blood work, a couple hundred more on medication and I have a dead cat anyway. NOBODY EVER MENTIONED HE WAS THAT CLOSE TO DYING. DON'T TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS MONEYGRABBING disgraceful place. The convenience isn't worth the substandard care

Animal Kind is an extraordinary veterinary clinic. Since 2001 and through 4 beloved dogs, they have come through for them and have provided the best care possible. I have a young rescue pup now and Dr. Werner treated her for a routine checkup with great gentleness and removed any anxiety for her and me. Explained the labs completely and followed up seamlessly.
