The workers were very professional and the first thing I noticed that most contractors don't do is that they covered their shoes. The second thing I noticed was that they did not let the fire door to my apartment bang like other contractors do They completed the work very quickly but very professionally. They left the work site as clean as they found it when they started. Even though they were here to fix my flush Armature I noticed after they left that day also tightened my toilet seat cover which was loose for a while. I would highly recommend them to anyone that's looking at this review.

Josh came at the agreed time. He assessed the problem with the toilet. He listened and gave me choices about how the repair can be done. One was quick fix and hope for it to last. Another was replace the flushometer. I had him replace the old flushometer. He worked for over 2 hours and tsted the finished job for leaks and volume of water. He guaranteed his work for 1 year. I was happy with his professionalism and the quality of his work. He left the bathroom area clean. I felt the price was reasonable.

Josh from “A Good Plumber” was great. He assessed the boiler leak and explained what he would do. As the work progressed, it became a bit more complicated as there was also pipe corrosion. As I wasn’t there, Josh kept me informed of everything and sent before and after pictures. Honest pricing and wonderful communication with Josh and Briana at the office. Thank you for everything!

The plumber who provided the service, Thomas Sobolov, with his assistant was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He identified what needed to be done and completed the work efficiently. Any debris was quickly cleaned up. I have used A Good Plumber on several occasions on both large and small plumbing issues. They have always been very accommodating and have done their work in a professional manner. I have been very satisfied with their work and the results.

Mauricio and his partner were exceptional, we had a last minute leak with a child and chaos the day before a big trip which necessitated replacing our toilet, fishing a 25 foot snake that apparently one of our previous plumbers had got stuck cut and not told us about eventually causing the clog, and cutting our kitchen ceiling roof, super quickly, cleanly, kindly and efficiently. Stressful day for us, he made it a freaking lot less than it could have be. Really appreciate ya’ll.

I recently had a plumbing service with Josh. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what was causing the leak and how it would be repaired. The repair itself was done efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy afterward.

House developed a waste blockage affecting kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine. A real emergency! Their crew tried to clear the sewer using power snakes and high-tech water blasters over 2 days. ALL FAILED TO CLEAR THE BLOCKAGE. They then tried to sell me installation of a new waste to bypass the blocked waste line—expensive and ugly. Next day hired a different plumber. With diligent effort using conventional power snake he was able to clear the blockage in 2 hours. What a relief. Moral of this is that these guys high tech fancy equipment failed. One plumber with a standard snake did the dirty work and was successful.
