I’ve had some really poor experiences while searching for housing in New York. With so many scams out there, I was skeptical when I first found AXE Realty. They seemed so straightforward and eager to help that I honestly had my doubts. Vanessa advocated for both me and my partner throughout the entire process. She worked with us through our concerns and uncertainty and helped us find the apartment of our dreams. I also had the pleasure of working with Will, who was putting in the effort even on a Saturday, when he submitted applications to six different units on our behalf. Out of those six applications, two landlords decided to move forward with us. Thanks to AXE Realty, we went from having zero options to actually being able to choose between apartments. That was something I never expected after all the difficulties we faced during our housing search. I truly appreciate the effort, dedication, and support that both Will and Vanessa provided every step of the way. It’s now been three weeks, we’ve signed our lease, and we’ll be getting the keys to our new apartment this weekend! When the time comes to move again in two or three years, I won’t hesitate to work with AXE Realty. Thank you for helping make this experience a positive one. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a very positive experience working with this realty office. Will was professional, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process while helping me search for a new apartment for myself and my children. He took the time to answer questions, explain the steps clearly, and made sure everything moved along as smoothly as possible. Although I ultimately ended up returning to my original apartment, the process of resolving everything and receiving my money back was handled quickly and without any complications. That level of professionalism and transparency really stood out to me. I truly appreciate the assistance I received and would not hesitate to work with this realty again in the future. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for a place to call home—especially if they need something quickly—to come here and ask for Will.

I just signed my lease today, and I’m beyond grateful. I’ve known Serin for years, and he helped me navigate the NYC rental market, which can be tough at times. Stay away from the negative reviews about putting down a deposit. My experience was smooth from start to finish, and I was able to secure an apartment at rental prices that worked for me. The entire process was professional, straightforward, and stress-free. This is a great place, and I’m excited for this next chapter. I used their service and even though it wasn't a fit due to my unique situation, they were easygoing and quick when it came to finding an apartment for me. I read so many negative reviews on how people didn't get their money back or they were being scammed. But I requested my deposit back and got it the same day, no issue and no hesitation. Do not let the negative nancies discourage you. Thank you Serin and your team for being communicative and doing your best. If you need an apartment ASAP and quality customer service, these are your guys. Effective Communication goes both ways guys, don't forget that. If I could give no stars to this "brokerage" I would! Dealing with Axe Realty was, without question, one of the WORST professional experiences I've ever had. I worked directly with Serin Philip who ended up being completely unreliable and made multiple promises throughout the process that turned out to be false. I moved forward in good faith based on what I was told by him, only to later realize that critical information had been misrepresented. Whether this was due to incompetence or dishonesty (most likely both), the result was the same: a misleading and deeply frustrating experience. What truly set this apart--in the worst way--was the complete disappearance of Serin when it actually mattered. The moment I needed answers and accountability, all communication stopped. Calls went unanswered, texts were ignored, and there was absolutely no effort to follow up. Clearly his main goal was to get a lease signed no matter what it took, even if it meant lying and playing games with my husband and I. Serin promised to install window screens (on behalf of the owner who lives out of state) before we signed the lease, that was a lie. He even went as far as telling my husband and I that the screens were ordered and we should expect to receive them in a few weeks. Serin promised to install batteries in the smoke detectors, that was a lie. Although he put the batteries in, they were dead the next day. Useless!! To top things off, the "broker" Laron Duncan was no better. Repeated attempts to reach out to him were met with total silence. The only person who bothered to pick up the phone was Will and even he eventually proved to be unhelpful and played right in to the nonsense I received from Serin. Axe Realty holds zero professionalism, no accountability, and no regard for the client experience whatsoever! This wasn't just disappointing--it was unacceptable! A process that should have been straightforward turned into a stressful and avoidable ordeal because of their lack of transparency and basic communication. I would STRONGLY advise anyone to avoid working with Serin Philip or anyone affiliated with this "brokerage." Based on my experience, and what I now see on here are shared experiences, you cannot rely on what you are told, and you should not expect any support if something goes wrong.

I want to thank Ace realities for assisting my partner in finding his new home! I want to personally think Will for being Patient, understanding And having a positive attitude when dealing with Raheem during this ordeal. Although I thought finding a place would be sooner than later with patience Will was able to find the perfect Place for him! Ace reality, specifically; Will, helped get my partner and I into our first apartment together! We worked with Will the entirety of the time and he was super super helpful, honest, kind, and quick! We viewed the apartment one day, got approved the next day, and the three of us went to sign the lease/meet the landlord/owner & move in the following day! If you’re in search of an apartment, I highly recommend coming here and asking for Will as your agent.

My fiance and I went to see the most beautiful apartment 2 days ago and yesterday he got the call to come sign the lease we couldn't be any more appropriative. We finally got an amazing place yes not where I wanted but it's ours and we are very much blessed because even tho it's in the Bronx but it's a nice area where my daughter and I can be safe we are very much happy especially my fiance because it's close to his job and it's an easy commute thank you so much.😘😘
