I placed a carrot cake order for Mother's day, with the written instructions to say " Felíz día de Madre" , however, they forgot to write it. My mother received a blank cake. I called and spoke with a lady who was very apologetic which I appreciated. I understand this is an extremely busy time for them. I would've given them 5-stars had it not been for that one mistake. Their pastries and cakes are delicious.

This bakery is one of the only authentic pastry shops left. They have everything you could imagine and it's all great. Super nice family oriented staff! If you're in the Bronx I highly recommend stopping in and grabbing some sweets for the trip 😋

I called and and asked the girl if they made tres leche cake and she said yes so I ordered if.We sang Happy Birthday to my son and when I saw the cake inside it was not tres leche it was Strawberry short cake,its not what I ordered I was angry,everybody ate it,it was a nice cake.

Just tasted our haul - nutella stuffed lobster tail, vanilla lace cookie, canoli and lingerie cookie. All winners and delicious- great flavor and textures. All were very fresh Definitely a must stop if you walking through little italy.

This place is amazing love all the portraits of Artuso. He’s looking very authentic. Haven’t tried anything yet, but I’m sure this will be good writing this for the free cannoli. Update got the free cannoli and experience Tyler. He was amazing. Very good at dealing with for rowdy women.

This is what a $50 delivery will get you. Not only were they melted, smashed and ugly to look at. The chocolate was bitter and the strawberries were old and mushy. Very unhappy.

Horrible experience I placed an order for 60 cupcakes for 2 different events presentation was not the best and we found hair in the cupcakes when I called and reported what happened the MANAGER had a nasty attitude no accountability just RUDE they even wanted to cancel the second order PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE TAKING IT HOME LAST TIME ORDERING FROM YOU GUYS I would’ve done a better job
