Rosetta Hall

We were there to celebrate, so we split our order across two of the eight stalls: pineapple fried rice with chicken from Chiang Mai (the Thai stall) and Chicken Shawarma from Amira (Middle Eastern). Both were genuinely well-executed -- the fried rice had real char and sweetness instead of tasting like a steam-table version, and the shawarma was juicy with a good sear on the edges, not the dry, overcooked version you get at a lot of fast-casual spots. Rosetta runs all eight concepts under one kitchen team rather than independent vendors, and it shows in how consistent everything tastes across stalls. We were at the main-floor bar downstairs, not the rooftop one, and the bartenders there were the highlight of the night. Attentive, fast, and clearly used to reading a group that's celebrating something. This is the spot for a group with different cravings who still wants to sit together -- one person wants noodles, another wants shawarma, nobody has to compromise. It's not a quiet date-night pick; it's communal, and built for exactly the kind of night we had. We'll be back, and next time we're ordering that fried rice again.

‼️DO NOT COME HERE‼️ I came here from a Tik Tok post. Looked cute and artsy. Honestly very overpriced and tries to mimic a multi cultural food hall. Cruz - the “Latin American” hall which is very messed up because Latin America has so many countries that encompasses. Was closed. My boyfriend and I ordered Thai food and I’m gonna say this man who is running the Thai shop didn’t know what he was doing. I had to have my pads I made twice and even the second time it was bad. My noodles were raw undercooked, and it was gonna make me sick if I ate it. Also, both of our dishes had barely any meat. I had three shrimps and his chicken was burnt. Also, we paid over $100 for all this food that was bad. The best part was the fries and they were dry.

I'm posting 4 food photos. Half of it was actually decent. Lemme start with the smaller items since they were the highs. The cucumber salad was probably the best thing we had out of the four. Had a hint of sesame seed oil drizzled on it and it was very refreshing. The second is the cake. It wasn't overbearing sweet but sweet enough to enjoy. On to the main courses which were... The low light of the meal. The chicken sandwich... It was dunked in hot sauce and yet it was bland. I guess the blue cheese cut through the acidity of the hot sauce and it complemented well. The Cole slaw wasn't noticeable besides adding a different kind of crunch. I upgraded to the BBQ fries and... It was fine. Also bland. The gyro was probably the most disappointing thing. The pita was salted for some reason and it was a bit overbearing. The rest of the food on top was bland... Lamb sausage was bland for a sausage and tzatiki was also pretty bland. Personally, this place is a place where you grab drinks and go to the rooftop and have a chat. This shouldn't be a place for you to grab food. Just a stop to go somewhere else for food.

This place is so cool. My cocktail was amazing and everything my group got from each of the different restaurants was delicious. Live music during the week. It boasts very upscale, refined atmosphere while keeping the vibe low-key because it’s technically a food hall. I’ll be back for sure.

The Good--Food is yummy! Lots of choices. Drinks are done well. Atmosphere is great. Plenty of seating. The restrooms are clever and clean. The bad? I'm not sure there's any ice. Food is $20-30 per person. Parking could be a concern as well as the fact that Rosetta Hall is very popular and you may not find seating. The beautiful? Some of the drinks were absolutely works of art!

An incredible rooftop experience under the Colorado Sun with some seats with shade. Different types of seating. Great for larger groups of friends/co-workers or just a vibe. Free WiFi The Steak sandwich from the Flatiron was AWESOME.

Had my niece's wedding rehearsal dinner here on the rooftop. Place was really cool and very nice. Staff was unbelievably awesome, couldn't have been any better. We had Mexican themed food. The appetizers, empanadas and guacamole were amazing, but the main course dishes were not very good. The other complaint that I would have is there is only one bathroom which was on the bottom floor. The rooftop was basically about three floors up so the older people in our group if they needed to go to the restroom with have to go down two flights of stairs and walk the entire establishment to get to the bathrooms. Then the bathrooms themselves are coed, which if you've never been in one can be a little shocking having both men and women in the same bathrooms, they do have individual stalls, I didn't have a huge issue with it myself but again some of the older people didn't care for it, especially some of the older ladies who said they didn't like walking out of the stall and having men standing in front of them washing their hands at the sinks. There should be some sort of restroom facility upstairs or closer to the Rooftop. Other than that walking through the main area the bar looks amazing and it appears they have numerous individual food stations, with different cuisines. Not sure how the ordering goes with that but it is pretty unique, I would come back to at least try that. For a younger crowd I definitely would use the rooftop for an event again if I had some older people I probably would look elsewhere.

Such a great night here last night. The food is always amazing and they had live music on the rooftop. One of the best cocktail lists in town. It is one of those places that I always order a new drink with bartender recommendation as everything is sure to be balanced and creative. Can’t recommend this spot more. And lots of gluten free options for our family as well.
