I have been here so many times and we hate it more each time. Parties are a nightmare, employees don't stay at their post. Food was awful and we've had upwards of hour and a half wait times on food. If they have it at all. Bowling in the VIP area is nice. I wish they had bathrooms in the back. It's starting to get dirty. You'd think Drew Brees would visit these locations on a regular basis and make sure things are running smoothly...I know I would if I were a partner in something. We don't book here anymore and only go if invited. Kids still have fun...they don't see what us adults see.
We absolutely enjoyed ourselves although I wonder why is there no surge rewards of better selection. I know they have great business and I feel that every kid that walks in there should leave with a smile and a surge bear no kid should ever leave empty handed 😔. A souvenir for kids to look back and remember there fantastic time of fun and memories to last that one day will have them bringing back there children to also get a souvenir for there lil one. There different prices you pay to add to your surge card and depending on what you add should reflect what kinda stuff animal or bear you get. Just a thought.... We had a great time and food was delicious 😋.
Literally out of the entire staff only two people we kind, you have a bunch of teenagers with no personality and bad attitudes working for this place. The prices are ridiculous for things that don't work. The dark ride guns didn't work and I had to argue with the rude teen to get my money back. The water gun area, half of those didn't work. The VR games didn't work. I used to love this. Place spending time with son and daughter. Something has to be done.
I was in town for work on my birthday weekend and me and my work family went for some fun and food. And we were not disappointed at all the environment was clean friendly and the workers were nice polite and ready for questions. I ordered the half shrimp po boy which I never do but what the heck. It was delicious the fries were a little to crunchy but no biggie. My drink was Crown & Coke. I tried many games I didn't do the rope walk or whatever nor lazer tag. But I played a host of other games among my faves were the dark ride even though only 4 seats worked and even less guns,it was fun, Jurassic park, Fast and furious and King Kong. Will I go again most def. P.s.no kids went with me. But I definitely recommend it if u are debating.
Food court horrendous service today. We thought we were getting the lovely blonde bartender on Mondays from last again but no this time 5 x staff members too busy socializing. Didn’t offer drinks nor anything for that matter. Sat 25 min waiting for my self serve order from the kiosk.
What a neat and fun place to go and let the kids burn off some energy. We drove from out of town to visit Surge and our daughter had a great time. She did all the things and left happy and tired. The staff was friendly and helpful and my most favorite part… the place is clean and well kept. We will be back.

I figured out the timing on a machine and sat and racked up 25.5K points over the course of about an hour. The machine stopped awarding me points after 10K but didn't display that until after another 10K had been counted on the bottom screen, which took about 30 minutes for every 10K to count down. I went to the front desk to tell an employee, he was helpful and grabbed his manager. The manager told me that that's the maximum that the machine can award, 10K. So I got robbed of 15.5K points, he refunded the credit I used on the swipes, but refused to honor the winnings that I had accumulated. I'll be sticking with Dave&Busters after this.
There is no sign stating a maximum allowance for points on or near the sign.
