Snake River Pool & Spa

We had a great experience buying our hot tub from Snake River! Bob listened to what we wanted and showed us our options. He never tried to “upsell” us. Installation was prompt and easy. When we had followup questions they were answered promptly and correctly. I would highly recommend purchasing from Snake River!

I want to give a huge shout out of thanks to Erik R. From the Boise/Service Department!!! I had called my local Twin Falls SRP&S store with some new issues I was having with my 2022 Limelight Flair tub. I was luckily transferred to Erik with all my questions and explanations of the different sounds and error lights I suddenly noticed. He was so good at helping me trouble shoot the spa. After discussing it at length, he not only put up with all of my questions and confusion, he patiently and kindly taught me the what’s, why’s and what if’s of what he thought the problem might be. The trouble shooting and advice worked, for now anyway, avoiding a service call. He explained what to look for in the next few days so I would know if the issue was going to require a service call after all. I am a 64 year old female first time spa owner who has always been the only one in charge of all the upkeep, care and maintenance of my spa. The more I learn about it the better. Thank you again Erik for taking the time to help me understand what the problem might be, how to trouble shoot it and why, and assure me that if it goes on the blink again why I would need a service call at that point, AND, that it’s still under warranty for another year. I had an outstanding experience with Snake River Pool and Spa. I was dealing with multiple issues with my spa and honestly didn’t expect they could be resolved without an on-site visit—but I was pleasantly surprised. The company representative I spoke with on the phone, I believe her name was Freya, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and was able to accurately diagnose and walk me through fixing everything over the phone. She clearly knew exactly what she was doing and explained each step in a way that was easy to understand. It saved me a lot of time and hassle, and everything is now working perfectly. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for great customer service and true expertise.

We have been very pleased with the level of service / support we have received from our sales rep, Joe Lenker, and the service team with the sale, install and training they have provided. I am so happy we purchased our hot tub from Snake River Pool and Spa as we have never owned a hot tub before and they have been very thorough, patient and accommodating helping us navigate through the water testing and balance along with other features on our spa. The customer service experience I had with Lonna at Snake River Pool and Spa was second to none. There was a scheduling conflict with demolition in the outdoor space and timing of the delivery of the spa was of the utmost importance. Lonna spent two days coordinating an earlier delivery that aligned with the overall project. Where most people would have given up and would not have cared, Lonna went the extra mile, did everything in her power, and made it happen! She genuinely cared about my experience and it made a world of difference. This is a unique mix of spa’s and pool tables under one roof. It is a great fit to think of. You can get your pool tables and spa at one place. Sorry no pics of the inside as when I came by they were closed but will go visit them so wait for an update.

I was in the market for a small spa and chose to go with Snake River Pool and Spa. Best service! They helped me choose the spa that was right for me. I ended up with a 2 seat spa. LOVE IT! The complete process was very smooth. They handled everything including the electrical I needed. Fully explained everything and their follow up was great. The company really cares about their customers and their product.
