Came from Charleston to purchase a Buick Envista. Had already talk to Hunter Lee previous before my arrival. He said he just started working there recently. His great customer service shown, you would've thought he's been working there longer. He also helped alot during this process. I love my new SUV. Thanks Hunter for assisting me!!!

This was by far the best experience buying from a dealership. Believe it or not, this is my 17th car I have bought from different places and I plan to keep this one since it’s brand new, BUT if/when I decide to trade I will never buy from another dealer! This is two reviews in one (one for service, one for sales) and both experiences were phenomenal. Pete & Kiefer are superstars. Brought my 2024 Duramax in for a pretty serious oil cooler failure that contaminated the cooling system - known issue on these trucks. Pete in service was great to work with the entire time. Kept me updated, got me into a loaner right away, and actually listened to my concerns instead of brushing them off. When the first repair didn't fully resolve the issue, Pete and the team went back to GM and pushed to get a new radiator approved beyond what the service bulletin called for. They flushed the system many more times than the TSB calls for and made sure to get it as clean as possible. The whole situation sucked, but that's not on the dealer - that's on GM. Hilton Head GMC did everything right and went above and beyond to make sure it was actually fixed. On the sales side, Kiefer made buying a 2026 Acadia easy and painless. No pressure, no games, just straightforward and easy to work with. Answered all our questions and made the whole process smooth and let us take our time. Exactly what you want out of a sales experience. Brand loyalty only goes so far - the dealer experience is what actually keeps people coming back. These guys have earned my business for any future vehicles. Appreciate you guys.

I recently purchased a 2025 GMC Hummer and the entire experience has been phenomenal. Marty was the salesman and he was very professional, knowledgeable and continued to follow up on anything needed. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and this is one of the best experiences ever! The entire staff was genuine, engaged and excited about engaging with me as I looked over the vehicle. My husband and I just bought a brand-new 2026 GMC Terrain Denali, and we couldn’t be happier! Rhsaad made the entire experience absolutely amazing. Since we’re in Georgia, we did everything online and it was super easy! He even personally delivered the vehicle to us so we could take it for a test drive and make sure I loved it (spoiler alert: I totally did!).
