My accident that occurred the first night of the Palisades fire in 2025 could have been as nightmarish as the flames, but Tofer & Associates was top notch in supporting me through my accident! Lelaine was a great help during the property loss portion of the claim she got my car fixed for me in a week with a rental it went from a total loss from their insurance determination to being able to have my car back. I seen a lot of mixed reviews from Tofer and associates online but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised and hope they continue to surprise me with a great work that they have done so far I appreciate everything and know that I have a good team on my side.

The biggest mistake I have done in 2024. I called Tofer & Associates about my Porsche car accident insurance claim. Told them I was offered already by Progressive Ins. $5,000. Already Approved and ready to send me. Tofer & Associates assured me that I can get $30K or more. They sent me for so many medical appointments, tests, chiropractor visits, Physical therapies, MRI. More than 50 times. Some every other day. Driving up to 50 miles on some medical appointments. 22 months later almost 2 years they finally said they got an offer. Ill get $5000. Not a penny more than the original offer made by Progressive. I did not accept it. 2 months later called me again offered the same amount $5K. $5K does not even pay for my gas and time going to those appintments. Threathened me that if I dont accept it they mentioned some legal practices that they can go on and accept it without me accepting it. That If I go to another Law firm they will charge me for the time they spend on my case. I finally accepted the offer. Just to end up all these inconviences. Tofer & Associates is the kind of insurance company that we all want to avoid. They will give you all the high expectations you want to hear. They are experts on deceiving clients. They have good reviews which I believe are mostly fake clients. DONT EVEN CONSIDER THEM. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. THEY CANT HELP. I want to give them ZERO in review for not achieving anything for 2 years but its not available.
