First Watch

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐​First Watch, First Class, and Sky-High Service! ​We had an absolutely fantastic wholesome family breakfast at First Watch on Garth Road in Baytown this Saturday! Our experience was made truly special by our waitress, Sky, who was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and just on top of everything. The food was nothing short of Grade A delicious; we started with an awesome lemon blueberry cornbread and followed it up with the savory steak chimichurri hash. We capped it all off by sharing the strawberry tres leches French toast, which was everything I’ve ever dreamed for in a weekend breakfast. Honestly, it’s clear why they call it First Watch—because after you take that first bite, you just want to sit there and watch everyone else enjoy their food while you happily demolish yours! We will definitely be back to see Sky and try more of the menu.

Food: Waffle and Omelette - My mom absolutely enjoyed her meal! Biscuits and Gravy - This was my first try at this dish and despite missing the sausage in the sausage gravy, it was pretty good. I don’t think I will be ordering that again but it was worth the try. Juice - Orange, Lemon, Beets and Ginger - perfect start to a Friday morning! 😋 Coffee - Hot and DELICIOUS as always! ☕️ Service: ABBY!!!!! If you want to be greeted with a beautiful smile and treated as if you’re royalty, ABBY is your girl! Her quality customer service is top notch and she should be a part of the team that trains servers. Her service and attitude was genuine, professional, kind, prompt, and of the highest quality. If and when I return, I wanted to be greeted and served by Ms. Abby, beautiful inside and out!! Give this young lady a well deserved RAISE!!! Atmosphere: Clean and family friendly!

I deleted my last review from 3 years ago to give yall an updated one. I STILL LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been coming here since 2021, maybe earlier. Y’all, the whole staff is so nice and friendly! I used to come often but now, I only come for my birthday (late December) because I did move 2 hours away. And while I do pass up other First Watch locations, I will travel further for the one in Baytown! I really don’t mind that it’s a 4 hour round trip because the other locations are just not as friendly and have gotten my order wrong multiple times. So I come to this one because it’s the best! :) I either get Dominique, Fonzi, or Angel as my servers because I love that their service has always been perfect but this time, Traci was my server and I gotta tell yall, I recommend her too! She gladly sat my family down at one of her tables while they waited for me to arrive. It took about 8 minutes for Traci to notice that the whole party arrived but once she noticed, she was spot on! I love a server who smiles, welcomes you, says their name, writes the order down, and repeats the order! That is what she did! It was close to closing time so I understand the kitchen was moving slower than usual, probably cleaning up but Traci check on us and saw we didn’t have our drinks yet so she made them for us and then the food came out not too long after. The plating is taken to consideration as much as the ingredients that they use for all of this delicious, fresh food. When I go to a restaurant, I usually order the same thing since I’m a vegetarian but at First Watch, I am able to try new things and i have lots of options to choose from, which I love! The servers here always provide some of the best service i have ever experienced and they are thanked with a great tip! I will always keep recommending this place to many people. Walked in and had what I wanted in my mind, but my awesome waitress, CeCe recommended the new summer menu item, the Chipotle steak and queso hash. That summer dish is out of this world, highly recommend, and CeCe was amazing, the best EVER! I will definitely be returning for more of this summer menu.

Really enjoyed our Friday morning eating here. Our waiter Traci was very welcoming, attentive and charismatic. She delivered very quick efficient service, best service here at first watch! Food was great as well!

The food here is amazing! I had the French toast and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is lovely, and everyone here is so kind and welcoming. Our server, Lulu, was especially sweet and attentive. Highly recommend!

Our server Dewann was wonderful. He suggested menu items they were great. He was so attentive and sweet.

Traci is chill, genuine smile, not pushy, knows how to read the customer. I’m sitting alone with earphones watching my YouTube. She let me enjoy my meal, yet still attentive. I’ve had her before and she’s consistent with who she is. Love that. THANK YOU keep up the great customer service! Yee 🤘🏼
