Maison Burbank

I had such a great experience touring The Maison on Burbank! The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, and Tatum especially stood out. She showed me around the property, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. She made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. The apartments are very nice, modern, and well-kept, and the property itself feels clean, safe, and peaceful. I also loved the amenities and the overall atmosphere of the community. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about residents and making everyone feel at home. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a new apartment!

This place is awesome. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with enthusiasm and friendliness. The property is beautiful. The staff was knowledgeable. Theo was in from corporate and he was speaking my language. He has worked with the program we have assistance with. No fees or deposit today. Lease signed. My son left with a gift of choice, and will recieve a 350 dollar visa gift card after move in. The property manager was amazing and very friendly very knowledgeable. We are super excited for my son to call this place home in August. If you have not signed your lease here yet, then what are you even really doing. The location is amazing, and so is the price. They do not have what I call "junk" fees like a ton of these properties we have looked at. The amenities are nice. Go 🐅

I’ve had a great experience with Maison Burbank Apartments in Baton Rouge. The property is well-kept, clean, and has a really nice atmosphere. The amenities are great, and it’s in a convenient location. I especially want to mention Tatum—she has been extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with. She really goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents are taken care of. If you’re looking for a well-managed apartment community with friendly staff, I would definitely recommend Maison Burbank.

just want to take a moment to give a HUGE thank you to Macy for making my move-in experience smooth and stress-free. From day one, she’s been helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring. She made sure everything was handled properly and checked in to make sure I had no issues — and so far, I truly have no complaints at all! She goes above and beyond and really makes you feel like family, not just another resident. That kind of service means a lot. On top of that, the community itself has been amazing — lots of events, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they actually care about the people who live here.

The ladies in the leasing office are wonderful. The tour shows the awesome layout this complex comes with, the study room was my favorite part. They walked me through the application process and kept in contact with me to help with any questions I had. Plus I got a Starbucks gift card just for signing my lease. These people are awesome ✨️

Had a wonderful experience with the front desk and I believe this always makes or breaks anything! These are the people who are representing the establishment and Tatum did a great job. She had a wonderful personality and great attitude. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She did a fantastic job and truly cared. Thank you Tatum for your help!

When I had questions, she answered them clearly and made sure I understood everything before moving on. She was also very patient and took the time to go above and beyond to assist me with what I needed. Even during a busy moment, she stayed calm and professional, which I really appreciated. Her positive energy and willingness to help made the whole experience much better. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the people she helps, and it definitely shows in her work.

I have recently been looking for a new apartment while at LSU. I took a tour here and oh my gosh the staff is so great! They made me feel so welcome and helped answer every question I had. I most definitely will be considering them as they made me feel right at home!
