Citron Restaurant & Events

We went there for a birthday with eight people in our group. I had read the mixed reviews prior to coming but we wanted to experience it ourselves. The view from outside area was pretty nice and inviting. Our server was very attentive, friendly, and took care of us. Cocktails were not consistent as we ordered the same drinks but they did not taste the same. My steak was good but it was not warm. The Brussels sprouts were at best bland, and the crème brûlée was cold. I am not going to say that the food was not all bad, BUT I will say that the money is NOT worth it. I have paid half of what I spent in other fine establishments and the food tasted better. I repeat, the service was great but for what you pay, it’s not worth it. We did have a good time because it was spent with great company, but unfortunately, we will not come back. This is supposed to be a high end restaurant, but our standards say otherwise.

Absolutely amazing experience all around! We came for Mother's Day brunch, and William was our server. The service was as perfect as the food was! An amazing atmosphere and views to go with it. This experience couldn't have been any better. 5 stars all around!

This is my second time going to Citron and the food wasn't as good as my first experience. Hopefully in time, the entrees will improve. The lamb shanks wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Everything else was okay.

Love this place! From the moment you walk in, everything feels professional and welcoming. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is absolutely delicious, and the ambiance is beautiful and relaxing. Definitely a spot I’d recommend and look forward to visiting. Best part, I don’t even have to go far since it’s right in my neighborhood.

We had an amazing experience at Citron! The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were great, and the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. Every dish exceeded our expectations, including cocktails! A huge shoutout to the entire team! From the time we walked in until even after we left (I left my phone and they found me!) everyone was phenomenal. Our waiter, Jonathan is a gem!!! Thank you for providing excellent service throughout the evening. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Made great food and drink recommendations based on our preferences. He checked on us at all the right times and helped make our night even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Citron for a great dining experience!

I really wanted to like this place. It has an insta worthy vibe with plenty of beautiful backdrops. Unfortunately, the food and the dining venue itself fell far short. On the evening we were there there was a large event being held in the main restaurant. Seating was available in a beautifully decorated side room with a fireplace or the bar area. We chose the small room.and that was a mistake. It was a highway for people being taken to another private party on the other side. There is nothing romantic about being in a constant flow of people passing by your table. The other issue was the food itself. Our dinner was over $300 for two. My husband had the Chilean Seabass and he was happy. It was creamy and beautifully presented. All the food looked very pretty. The soup was poured piping hot with style. My wedge salad was unusually done but fresh and enjoyable. The 2 downers were my filet and the key lime pie for dessert. Both had clearly been held in the refrigerator for too long. Even cooked rare the filet had a gray cast to it and minimal moisture. I understand resting it perhaps but this was poor quality to begin with and cooked with little care. The mocktails, don't even bother. Not a cocktail alternative cleverly served but canned juice with a paper straw. I will say our serve was on point. He was attentive and engaging to all the parties I saw him wait on. Pretty venue quality of food is most definitely not worth the price.

I was truly impressed! As a board member of a company that recently hosted an event at The Cove, an extension of this esteemed restaurant, I had the pleasure of engaging with Johnathan, who provided insightful information about the establishment and the unique dining experience it offers. Intrigued, I decided to visit the restaurant, and I must say, Johnathan's recommendations were spot on. Although he was not my server, he took the time to greet me and assure me that I would thoroughly enjoy my meal. My server, John, was exceptionally suited for the role. He was attentive and efficient, engaging me in delightful conversation while offering excellent recommendations regarding the menu. Furthermore, he went above and beyond to make me feel special in celebration of my upcoming birthday. The food was absolutely divine! The portion sizes were generous, the flavors were exquisite, and the quality was outstanding. I have come to cherish this hidden gem and intend to return frequently to savor the experience. Following dinner, I visited the bar area, where Will provided engaging conversation, positive energy, and more delectable dishes. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner, who graciously shared captivating stories about the company's inception. Citron has undoubtedly captured my heart.

This was my first time at this restaurant for my birthday dinner. I had the Lamb Shank Osso Bucco and it was chef’s kiss very tender and tasty 😋. I also had the crispy fresh calamari which was very tasty as well. For my drink I had the sangria which was very nice. I also got complimentary cake for my birthday 😊.
